The template measurement process was also very positive. The technician that did the measurement/layout was professional and knowledgeable. I was irritated I had to make the trek back to the store, and surprised the item broke because its usually good quality there, but I still give 5 stars because its really about the people and how they handle situations like this, how they take care of their customers and provide excellent customer service.
