Excellent customer service. Friendly and efficient. She goes above and beyond. Forgot her name but she has short blondish hair. She helped with a return that had I not known the information she provided, I would be paying for it out of my pocket. Thank you.

The store says it opens at 8am, but I have been sitting in front of the store from 8am to 8:20am today, and the store is still closed. Not sure why they haven't opened, but I'm going to have to make another trip to mail my package now.
Edit: I came back later in the day and staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Especially the store in Woodland Park, CO. The assistant manager, Joey, is phenomenal. She's a Wizz at everything in the store and she is extremely helpful with any and all shipping issues.

I’m so happy that we have this great UPS store in our town. The manager, Joey, and crew have been really helpful to us. They are always gracious and quickly get all of our packages together. The store went through a chaotic time about 2 years ago, but has been phenomenal with this staff. It makes living in the mountains much easier with this business. Thanks for all that you’ve done for us!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Blake!! My meds got sent to the wrong address and we had to ship to the new one - Blake made it happen! Really appreciate his service!!!
