It was because of the customer service from Blake, which I received, and while waiting for my fax to complete, I watched him interact with all of the customers, who were coming in last minute with professionalism, kindness, patience, not rushing and making them feel badly, and extremely proficient. He was stellar!

They are so fast and so helpful. Sometimes I just hand her my phone and she figures out how to print out a return shipping label from the seller. I love this place.
