Returned items to Amazon through ups. Guy working the counter told me he only needed to scan one item in the bag since they were shipped together. I never received my refund for my other order.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Just went in 10/11/23 @5:30 pm. Service representative was extremely rude.The store apparently doesn't recycle but according to the rep they get at least 200 packages a day so bad for the earth.I will go to a different location next time, even though I have to go to the Springs!

My UPS Store #1374 has very good associates and the timing of getting their packages put away is phenomenal. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers and customers needs.

Always quick in and out when dropping off returns for Amazon or other places. The employees are very efficient and mindful that the line can stack up quickly with customers so they make sure to get you taken care of and on your way. No complaints!

UPDATE: From one star to FIVE STARS and this was all my fault. The package was sent with the same label used on a separate package. TOTALLY NOT this stores fault. It eventually got there.I dropped off a package on a Saturday morning. FULLY understand there is no pick up on Saturday or Sunday, Monday being a holiday I can understand there may not have been a pick up then either. Here we are Wednesday morning and there is still no tracking update.Called the store and the reason for the ONE STAR REVIEW is the horrible "BLAME THE CUSTOMER" attitude by the lady that took my call. I expressed my concern and was told basically you are bring ridiculous. Told the item was picked up Tuesday evening which doesn't show on the UPS website.In essence the CUSTOMER IS WRONG and quit bothering me was her entire tone. Looks like I need to find another place to take my UPS items

Great customer service today from the lady with the green hair I'm sorry I didn't catch her name. I had a lot of Amazon returns that would have frustrated anybody and she had a positive attitude the entire time thank you very much!

I haven't had an issue with this location previously. I went in to return a couple of packages and I was charged for tape, a "new policy ". The clerk was nice but she wasn't having a good day which is understandable with policies like that. She attempted to explain the reason for the new policy. I didn't want to get into a debate but I wanted to explain that businesses have supplies that are normally used and are a cost of doing business. I would bet that the business does well and has a healthy net income. It's too bad that sometimes it's just not enough. Just a personal wake up call that I need to do less online shopping and try to avoid supporting greedy corporate American.

Wow! This store has really turned around this year! The customer service now is always prompt, friendly and accommodating making this my go to ups store. Thanks to the employees that go above and beyond here.

I have used this store many times in the past for business purposes. Unfortunately they have increased their prices dramatically and their customer service has gone down the drain. I will be using a different store for all of my business needs from now on!
