“To start, Mike is an honest and admirable business owner.He was quick to respond when I inquired about an estimate. Within the same day, he met me at my work and offered a fair price to repair a dent just above the wheel well of my truck. He thoughtfully explained what he needed to do and how he would go about repairing the dent. He answered all of my questions and was very understanding and respectful. We scheduled an appointment for the following week.He worked on my truck where the dent was along the contoured body line (tough location for paintless dent repair). Mike was able to noticeably improve the dent, but could not remove it as he expected. He then informed me he would not charge me since the repair did not meet his expectations. This completely caught me off guard. I offered multiple times to pay him for his time and told him the dent looked better, albeit visible if you knew where to look. He respectfully refused each time and said it was his responsibility to know what he was getting in to. We shook hands at departure and all he asked for was a Google review and handed me his business card.In summary: Mike is an honest and fair business person and knows his trade well. I would absolutely recommend Tri-Lakes Dent Clinic. If you ever find yourself needing a dent repaired, you should contact them.”

“Words cannot express how grateful we are to Dave at RMBS. Our tire tread came off on a field trip and we couldn’t find anyone to come out quickly to help. We had 12 preschoolers on the bus and didn’t want to have to wait 2-3 hours. Dave came to the rescue with a tire and changed it out for us. We’ve purchased two buses from them and they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with, but this was beyond expectations. Thank you so very much!”
“I was in the COS area to visit and had a rental vehicle. After running to the store, I noticed that I had a large screw imbedded into the center of one of my tires. I saw Les Schwab in Monument while I was looking for a service station. So, I pulled in to see what they could do. They were technically closed as it was just after normal Saturday business hours. But, all the staff was understanding and amazingly enough, they got the car in immediately and repaired the puncture! The event cost nothing! They said “That’s just how we do things here”. Amazing! They sowed their time, talent and wares to get me going safely. What a fantastic example of service. Thanks for being good people!”

“I probably wouldn’t have known tire world existed if I hadn’t taken a different exit and gotten a flat tire right in front of it. Lucky for me - because this was the easiest and fastest service- patched me up immediately and back on the road in under half an hour. Highly recommend and will be back for tires!”

“I purchased a used van with some body damage. I had taken it to 4 previous body shops and none of them would work on my van due to not having a paint booth high enough for the van. Two of the shops initially agreed to do the work, but turned me away when I came to leave the vehicle, costing me several weeks in delays. Aaron was recommended to me by a friend. I took the van to his shop and he spent some time reviewing the damage and said he would do it but it would take a few weeks. I dropped the van off in December and picked it up in January. Aaron sent some pictures while the fix was happening to show the progress. When I picked it up, it was perfect! Aaron even did a little extra by fixing a dent in the C pillar and called it a BOGO, unheard of these days! Thank you, Aaron! I highly recommend Aaron's body shop. Aaron does quality work at reasonable prices. CP”
“Jiffy Lube now does windshield chip repairs. With insurance, cost is $0 for three cracks. The downside is that it took 90 minutes. Facility was clean. Everyone is friendly and professional. It’s expensive for an oil change versus most places (even with a Military discount), but they do a consistently good job so it’s worth it for me.”
“Milani and Isaac were so helpful and hardworking, and whomever did my front brakes this morning did a home run, job was completed in two hours and I am impressed, well done to all of you. Store front manager get some raises out to your out standing employees

“I took my Camry to CB in monument and I am very happy with the service. They performed both the transmission and coolant service I requested same day and the car runs great! They also performed an inspection and recommended 1 additional service (front and rear shocks/struts) based on the cars mileage. In talking with the technician I appreciated their honesty in stating it wasn’t absolutely required at the time as, and they gave me some indicators to monitor in the coming miles to better assess when this service will be required.

“They have very good gas. I get better mileage for my car when I buy their gas even if it's a few cents more than other places. Some of the stations around here get the bottom of the tanker so there's junk in it but it's Sinclair keeps good gas.”
