“My SUV is lifted and cannot go through regular car washes so I've always washed it myself at home. This unusually cold winter, washing at home hasn't been an option. Found these guys recently and have been here twice now to get the hand wash. The work exceeded my expectations both times. They do a really good job and the facility is pretty impressive. One particular gentleman that went the extra mile on 10/05/2024 at 10:30 who was working the vacuum stations I didn’t catch his name he always goes the extra mile ! He checks on the customers, made sure there was always clean towels, took the dirty ones away and made sure all chemicals were full. Naugatuck location never disappoints !!!”

“My SUV was completely filthy with some offroad activity, but went to their middle bay, and it worked great and there was no streaking, no spotting so they must be using the good stuff; frankly my car looked as good as the day I picked it up. Highly recommend. Touchless sets it apart, nothing gets damaged or scratched that's super important to me.”
“Excellent service and very friendly staff. They are not a discount wash but give excellent service. I had a potato load. They had me alley dock to a dumpster and 3 guys cleaned it out before the wash. Decent human being tip: if it's hot, turn the reefer on cool but not frozen for them before arrival. After, got a washout and truck/trailer regular wash. They hand wash, btw, in similar time frame to Blue Beacon.

“Directions on google maps takes you down the road to splash automated car wash. I did not want automated but hand wash. So I looked up again and it was down road behind a Sunoco gas station. Car wash was fine. Drying the cars they should have tents or something as car bakes in sun and leaves spots before they can towel.”
“This place is great - for as busy as they always are, they still get cars through quickly while making sure to give care to each car’s washing. The manager Carlos is always there, friendly as can be, and willing to work with you or fix any issue you might have had with a smile. For as neglected as my car was inside and out, the price was worth it and I felt no regrets about tipping (standard car wash including interior, not a detail). Will definitely come back regularly and have no fears asking for any specifics I am looking for, or addressing any potential issue as management will handle it accordingly.”

“Came by at 10:30am. Opens at 8:00.I PAID for a basic wash and wanted to take advantage of the free vacuuming but to my surprise the doors to car wash were closed, no one came to open it, then tried to at least use the vacuums, but were turned off, and the exit was corded off! The entrance was NOT blocked off nor any traffic cones to stop traffic. UPDATE. CAME BCK & was given a full voucher. Evidently the garbage men came and took down the traffic cones that were at entrance and didn’t replace them. Will definitely go back.”

“This was the best gas station in CT as a Sunoco. The owners were there for like 30 years...since I moved to Naugy. The new owners converted to Shell and did a bunch of upgrades.I'm happy that they are keeping the place up. Levy is still there. I sure miss Bob and Eric. They were the best!!! No more Chucky...thank goodness.”
