“Wow. Just WOW! If I could give MORE than 5 STARS, I would. I wasn't originally planning on going to the verizon store, I was planning on going to another big brand store, but something told me to try here first. I am soooo glad I did.
I was instantly greeted when I walked in and I couldn't have asked for a better associate than John. Seriously, seek him out! He took his time explaining questions I had before I even asked them. He was patient, kind, well versed and funny. He helped me save money on my bill, my internet, streaming services and also helped me find the right phone and pricing for my son's first phone. There was absolutely no sales pitch or push. Just giving me solutions for why I came in and left me leaving with more discounts on things I was paying too much for. If you want a pleasant and easy experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Again....His name is John.”

“They do micro soldering and repairs here. If you know what that digital microscope is then you know what they are capable of. They rebuilt my connector for a canbus decoder for me. If you look at my thumb. It's very small. They can fix any electronics. Very tiny things too.”

“I wa having issues with my phone I bought recently, maybe about a year ago? I accidentally locked my phone and couldn't get logged in and I was blocked out of my phone for more than 24 hours-.
I traveled to about 3 Verizon stores near by and they all said there is nothing they can do that I will need to get an entirely new phone.
I stumbled across this location and doing so , all I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!! I worked with a kind handsome gentleman named David D. He not only fixed my phone issue in a matter of 10 mins but he also was working with another customer at the same damn time!! His multi tasking skills and also his communication between. Myself and the other kind customers was impeccable! He gave me some advice going forward and also taught me a but about my phone that I didn't even know myself! Haha! What an amazing chap. I really wanted to show my appreciation and gratitude for how David helped that's why I chose to write this and I do hope Verizon sees this and promotes him ASAP!

Damon, the associate in the store, was incredibly calm, cool, collected and extremely professional and efficient in multi-tasking and handling every customer that was in the store on his own. “On March 24. he staff at the Orange CT location helped solve an unusual probleb. Apparently a phone rep put in future order intended to cancel a tracker line, but cancelled our voice lines as well.
Chase figured out what had likely happened and called your telephone help line. In less than an hour we had our phone numbers restored! Excellent service!”
