“I have been a client now for more than 2 decades. The staff goes through many changes, and some were fantastic, I still miss Scott, and others not so much. On 7/12/2024 I recently stopped in the Orange CT Store and the new team members were great. They were very customer focused and really seem to care. I also was touched that they still donate and ask client's if they would like to support by purchasing a can of food, or toy etc. As we all know the human touch is not present when one chooses an online option and thought about this as I left with a smile as I really enjoyed my shopping experience.”

“My daughter knows Sarah through the Canine world; and my daughter doesn't trust anyone with her pets - except Sarah. The two dogs absolutely love her. Can't recommend her enough. She is the real deal, and she crafted the perfect team. The dogs always are cared for, the service is always top notch, Sarah communicates what is best for the pets and how to achieve it for them... they also look fabulous in what feels like such a quick amount of time - meaning skill, patience, and understanding of a craft. “I have enjoyed shopping here since they opened. The manager, Alicia is always so friendly, helpful and informative. She really has a passion for her work and helping to find the best products for my pets. All my interactions with the other staff have been positive as well. Additionally, we have had a couple great experiences with nail trims by Beth. My dogs don't like their nails being done but Beth makes it quick and stress-free for them. If you haven't shop here for your pets yet it is worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Alicia, thank you for leading an excellent team and always going above and beyond to get my pups the products they like.”
“Went in there hoping to find Blue Buffalo products. Saw there some for the dogs, barely any for cats. Cat section for wet food was scarce. Lots for medical food which is good to know. Staff seemed friendly. I wouldn't go there expecting to find a lot of variety, but in a pinch its a nice store stop by quickly.”

“This store and its owner are absolutely amazing. The prices are a little bit on the higher end but are fair for the quality and selection of products offered. There is parking available in front of the store. Products range from cat and dog items to items for more exotic animals like guinea pigs and rabbits. Additionally, the owner of the store makes her own crochet pet beds, which are beautiful and well-crafted. I do not come here often because it is a trip to get there, but when I do, I know my pup and I will leave happy. I wish I had a photo to add, but my dog already gobbled up the bones I bought for her there lol.”

“Amazing staff for grooming. I take my short haired dog for nail trim and buff monthly and recently started taking our longer haired dog as well and they did his paws and face So much better than other groomers who go for just the look. Here they actually cleared up the hair around his eyes and between his paw pads so he wasnt slipping around as much and can actually see. Staff in general is always friendly and store is well kept with plenty of high quality products.”

“The staff is always so pleasant and helpful at this location. I want to shout out Shawn - the absolute nicest staff member there. I was flying solo with my extremely anxious pitbull at the vet clinic on a very hot day today - and I had to run back inside to give something to vet, but didn’t want to have to bring her. Shawn was kind enough to stay with my running car so she could sit in the AC and I could go in alone, stress free. I took about 5-7 minutes in there, and he was so kind to help me out.”

“I went in for 75 crickets & 12 Medium Roaches. Adam helped me. And OH BOY did Adam help me!! He started telling me that my bearded dragon (Char) might Brumate (AKA hibernate) & what happens if he does. What to expect and how he will act of he does. What happens before during and after.
Adam was SOO incredibly helpful! And j can't thank him enough!! In fact, I called him on my way home to ask him these questions because the Brumate was mentioned in passing while I was getting the crickets. Then when I was on my way home and thinking about it, I realized I had so many questions so I called.
He answered EVERY SINGLE question, stupid or not. And was so kind to me about it. He never spoke down to me. He never treated me like I was stupid or less then. He never spoke to me like he was better then, because he knew more. He was just very KIND.
