“Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Thank you. Very impressed with the service. They helped me look for something that I was looking for. I asked one guy about the 🐕ice cream and he was very thorough in explaining it and told me about customer reviews. This store goes way out of its way to provide top notch customer service.”
“Love getting our chicken feed here. Nice little ride and fun looking around the store. Team is always helpful when you have questions. Great selection of dog food also.”
“This store and its owner are absolutely amazing. The prices are a little bit on the higher end but are fair for the quality and selection of products offered. There is parking available in front of the store. Products range from cat and dog items to items for more exotic animals like guinea pigs and rabbits. Additionally, the owner of the store makes her own crochet pet beds, which are beautiful and well-crafted. I do not come here often because it is a trip to get there, but when I do, I know my pup and I will leave happy. I wish I had a photo to add, but my dog already gobbled up the bones I bought for her there lol.”
“This is a really good pet store. They are very helpful in in picking out items that I need for my fish tank and making sure I get the right fish that are compatible. They also have help me with my levels and my water until I learned how to do it myself.”
“Owner is very knowledgeable and she sells very high quality pet supplies! My cats Letty and Wrx are liking the RawGanics nuggets chicken and beef.Thank you,M.WixonMy Furbabies, Letty and Wrx!”
“This was my dog’s first visit, and the kindness, patience, and care were truly exceptional. The positive energy in this place is amazing, I highly recommend it!”
“This place was incredible. The staff was extremely nice and educated me on any questions I have about the types of dogs. The dogs are well taken care of and all the puppies love to play. The place was very well kept inside and I would 100% come back again. I would 100% recommend coming here and seeing what they have available. This place is awesome!”
“Staff is very friendly. They kept there word and let us know when our new cuddly baby would be able to come home with us. I just want to send a big thank you to the entire team.”
“I have enjoyed shopping here since they opened. The manager, Alicia is always so friendly, helpful and informative. She really has a passion for her work and helping to find the best products for my pets. All my interactions with the other staff have been positive as well. Additionally, we have had a couple great experiences with nail trims by Beth. My dogs don't like their nails being done but Beth makes it quick and stress-free for them. If you haven't shop here for your pets yet it is worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Alicia, thank you for leading an excellent team and always going above and beyond to get my pups the products they like.”
“My daughter knows Sarah through the Canine world; and my daughter doesn't trust anyone with her pets - except Sarah. The two dogs absolutely love her. Can't recommend her enough. She is the real deal, and she crafted the perfect team. The dogs always are cared for, the service is always top notch, Sarah communicates what is best for the pets and how to achieve it for them... they also look fabulous in what feels like such a quick amount of time - meaning skill, patience, and understanding of a craft. Thank you Sarah and Team for treating all the dogs with love.”
“I just purchased a Sun Conure and he’s perfect. My family loves him. Robert is full of knowledge and if I have any concerns or questions he always answers my texts or phone calls. Thank you Robert. .”

“Its a good place , but hard to make decisions when it came down to flea medicine, so I had to buy pet armor cap action tablets, a pet armor flea and tick collar incase my dog wont swallow the tablets and pet armor home spray incase they are around the house . In the past I bought the drops that get put down the dogs back ,but last year I purchased 2 different kinds and they did not help getting rid of the fleas last year so im trying something new, expensive but new.”

“Today I went to get my cats food and litter, Brooke was so wonderful. She was so friendly and there was another girl there. I wish I knew her name but she had glasses and darker hair and she offered to help bring my food and litter out and gave my son a sticker.
They were just very welcoming it’s nice to see that! Thank you”
“for anyone trying to place an online order. old website is no longer active for online ordering. you must use new website linked on the google listing! also the store is under new ownership since 3/1/24”

“We just got our new puppy from here. Best experience for getting a new edition to the family. AJ helped out so much and made it an easy process. Went back a couple days later to get more supplies and all our questions were answered (forgot staff members name). Puppy is thriving! If I were to get a sibling for our new little guy, I would definitely go here.”
