“Haven't been here in years and it is still as efficient as it was back then. The staff is helpful and they have respectful attitudes towards their customers. They also have poster 7 posted as directed. The hours are 8am-4pm weekdays and 8am-12pm Saturdays according to staff on 1/18/2023.”

“Stuff in this location much nicer than other USPSs I have been to for example stamford. Though I lost two packages through this USPS, my buyers said they never received the package, despite that I shipped them right away. Fortunately these were not too valuable. Although they couldn’t reverse the lost, they tried their best looking for the package and followed through. I hope they can keep up the good work thank you!”
“I give 5 stars for the post office itself. Major is absolutely fantastic at his job and is wonderfully helpful. He also seems very patient and has a good sense of humor, which I’m sure he needs working at that post office. The delivery drivers on the other hand have earned a 1 star review. I have had packages thrown into our yard, mail that has simply never showed up, and have had claims that signatures were attempted yet was home all day and our security system never recorded anyone coming to the door. I definitely recommend physically going to the post office to receive exceptional service.”

“These workers went out of their way to find a package I left off there earlier in the day searching through the whole pile of packages. I was given the wrong address by the person who the package was going to, and had to change it. They found it for me and allowed me to change the address.”
“I had to ship something out ASAP for work, and caught wind of this 15 minutes before this USPS closed. I came in, very flustered, and Annemarie (I hope I spelled that right!) was very helpful! I was scrambling and everything I needed was figured out. Prices are reasonable and shipping time is quick. Thank you!”
“This past weekend one of our packages was mistakenly delivered to another address. The package was a dress for my daughter’s homecoming dance. After reaching out and trying to locate the package, the postal office and all their workers truly got together and worked hard on making this right I have a happy 16 year-old at home, all thanks to them not giving up. “I had An issue where I lost my tracking number/receipt. Although this is not their fault but it is incredibly frustrating that the systems cannot simply type your name and address to see your account or history of your transaction with th PO. So it took a long time to get to a point where we’ve filtered everything so they can look and find my tracking number. Javis(excuse spelling) he was incredible patient and worked with me to get my tracking number. I appreciate that. Thanks.”
“Slow, but what post office is fast? Ha! I've been here and experienced poor customer service (during height of pandemic) and also decent service. Could just be a reflection of the amount of customers. Not sure, but I've always gotten done what ever I went there for. There's signs, materials to purchase, self service opportunities, po boxes, etc. Large parking lot in shopping center with other sites. Easy in and out busy Boston Ave.”
“What a pleasure it was to deal with this Post Office. I had a problem with a package that was addressed wrong. They found the package and pulled it off the truck before it was returned. they then delivered it to the correct address. Never once did I get a negative vibe or was made to feel I was not important. I whish more people were like these employees that helped me.”

“I have had bad experiences in the past but lately I think they have been great. I called there yesterday trying to locate a package and spoke with a lovely woman that helped me out quickly and courteously.”
“I just left this particular post office and the service I received was phenomenal! I don't know the name of the mail worker who helped me, but she was great! I was able to send my package in the package that it came in, the package was for someone else who doesn't live near me. All around great service, I'm still wondering why this post office doesn't deliver my mail.”

“I had a really nice lady who served me today unlike last time with a different lady (02/23/2022) compared to (12/10/2021) and she was able to answer the one question I had, gave me many options and explained everything really well. This post office has its on and off days, but today was lovely”

“They deliver everything within the time it should be, if not earlier than expected. Can also purchase stamps and package insurance there. If you don't have annoying dogs living at your place or children answering the door for strangers, there really isn't a problem. :)”
