Only one person was working, 1 lady in front of me, it was my turn and the worker told me to move back and took a while to get the first thing sorted. I had 6 people behind me waiting, she threw my package down in the pile, was very short with me and wouldn't explain anything clearly. Overall a very disappointing time here.

A letter sent from Trumbull on Monday is still not in my PO BOX on Friday. With service like that stamps should be 10 cents each. Inexcusable is being kind to describe the ineptitude here. Should we expect 10 days to get a letter from the same town.

I never have a problem at this location and I ship a lot of mail. The kiosk works great, and the main woman who always works there is always fun to talk to.
