“I visit this UPS about once a month to return items purchased online, and have always been met with fast, efficient, and friendly service, even though I always pop in at the busiest times (weekdays around 5 pm, or Saturdays around 2 pm). Today, I mistakenly brought an item that was only for return to USPS, only realizing after I had entered the store that I should have brought it to the post office, not UPS. The staff still kindly taped up my unsealed package for me, slipped the return shipping label into a plastic shipper, attached it to the package and placed it in their USPS outgoing bin. This was very much appreciated, as I had rushed in after work, on my way to another appt, and it was my mistake in not reading my own shipping label carefully.”

“This is one of the better storage facilities that I have used ever. The staff is friendly and the storage areas are clean and safe. They offer lots of options in storage sizes and U-Haul trucks. Also they have climate controlled storage which in most cases you can't even get from some of the bigger named places like U Store it. Would recommend checking it out. Prices are very reasonable.”

“Amarley saved the day! I came in during a torrential rainstorm and had a very heavy bike rack to return to Amazon. I had spent an hour trying to figure out how to get all of the parts back into the original box and in spite of having taken them out of it I was becoming convinced it was not possible. Amarley not only helped me carry it in, he also spent over 20 min figuring out how to get it back into the box!

Ashley, Dave, & Major make this location the best in town; probably even in the state (I truly mean that).
The building is smaller then most post offices but it makes up by the atmosphere and quality of experience on the inside. It's in a very convenient location; & somehow, they are always stocked on the best stamps ?”

“Had an amazing customer service experience yesterday and Wednesday with Daniel, Avyonia, and Tyler. I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon and Daniel called me with a voicemail and important follow up. The next day when I went to retrieve my order, Avyonia was there to further elaborate on Daniel's voicemail and went out of her way to provide excellent customer service while maintaining her composure amongst other customers who displayed impatience. Tyler the manager was also on top of his game, assisting me and other customers, while being a supportive supervisor to his staff.

“I printed a welcome poster for a graduation welcome sign. I made the design right on their website using a template. It was very convenient and easy to customize especially with pictures. The poster was ready for pickup the next day and was beautifully printed. The team member at the print center was friendly and made sure we viewed the poster together to make sure I was satisfied. Great Experience.”

“In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome. I understand that people are human and mistakes happen. I definitely intend to return to this UPS store for my shipping needs.”
“Great experience today getting my passport renewed. Very quick and easy service. Front desk staff were delightful, personable, and I could tell they loved their jobs and coworkers. Loved seeing that when the USPS gets a lot of flack because it's a government institution usually known for less than stellar customer service. I received none of that today. I appreciate my local carriers, and thanks again for great service today!”
“Bhar did an exceptional service. I went there for passport service and at first I dont have my updated driver’s license with my new name (cant make a schedule at dmv because of real id applications) so she denied me though I have all other requirements based on the passport website. I understood since she’s only following the rules and doing her job. Later that day, she called me (i wasnt gonna answer that unknown number but i did) and said if I could come back since I have other requirements to move forward for passport application. Therefore, I went back that day and processed my application in timely manner, and within 2 weeks I got my passport even it’s not expedited.
Big thanks for your service and your help, I will come back for more passport application in the future. I dont usually do reviews but you deserve to be mentioned. :)”
“I recently used FedEx in Shelton and would rate my experience as a 4 out of 5 stars. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the shipping process manageable. Although the wait time was a bit longer than anticipated, the prices were on par with other shipping services. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, while I wouldn't make a special trip to use this location again, it would be a solid choice if the need arises in the future.”

“The rating to this post office is inaccurate af, should be a 5, and some people shouldn’t be allowed to rate businesses especially if they don’t know how to spell fgs!!! This is BY FAR THE BEST post office around!! Everyone from the, managers Melody and Joe (assisted me regarding a missing package) to the front Troitenaya, Sandra, and Ortega (who work hard and deal with the public with integrity and grace, as a team)!! They are family to me because I choose to go to THIS location instead of the horrible Derby post office. I get all of my business done here and they always know what to do and how to do it. I absolutely ADORE them and will stand by them! I have personally seen ALL of them deal with the “lovely” public and let me tell you, it’s not easy but somehow they remain professional and kind. Never have I ever seen them be “rude” or any other ridiculous lie I have read. Don’t believe everything you see especially by people who aren’t reliable sources. I go to this location at least 3-6 times a week so I’m a reliable source. Trust me! I only wish they had a self package check-in to help when the line is busy. THAT is my only wish and it’s not a complaint js it would help (but it is kinda small so I understand) lol. Thanks Ansonia post office family for all of your hard work and all you do!!!!”
