She spent quality time with us to get it fitted, try it out (even with a screaming toddler), and gave us great tips and tricks. I don’t think we would’ve ended up purchasing without her help! “After using Yelp for quite some time, created my own account so I could review Great Atlantic Trophy Company. What a wonderful little company and what great customer service. It's hard to find places like this any more. For my Dad's wedding, I wanted to give his new wife and he a glass bowl engraved with the names of all of their children and grandchildren. I brought my bowl and list of names to Jim and he told me he could do it! He helped me pick out a font and then I got to watch while he did the work. I simply had no idea how much work goes into engraving. I took lots of pictures of the process, and I can't wait to give my Dad his bowl. I definantly plan to come back and get lots of custom Christmas gifts! Thanks Jim!”

“I am the President of Valley Fusion softball and I am on various booster club boards for Woodland High School. I have been working with Bobby and Blanchettes Sporting Goods for over 8 years now. We use them for all of our apparel stores which are personalized to the groups needs. Using the store and purchasing items is very easy. We also purchase all of our uniforms and most of our equipment. Bobby is always willing to assist with anything I need and goes above and beyond to help me, often delivering items to me himself. “Went into the Milford store on 10/2/25 to investigate the value of “tweaking” my putter via a putter fitting. Unfortunately the machine was down so I couldn’t be computer optimized. Instead, Jon spent a considerable amount of time watching my stroke and providing different putter options. Shortly thereafter the in-store pro (Michell) and Cody came over to assist. They all watched me hit putts for about 20 minutes. Mitchell and Cody offered suggestions on my stroke and Mitchell then explained that I was an arc putter vs a straight back/forward guy and that I’d benefit from a putter with a flatter lie, a little more loft and an inch longer than my existing putter. They offered to adjust and lengthen my existing putter and put zero pressure on me to go with a new putter. After hitting some more putts, I decided to get a new Ping Anser 4 Scottsdale blade manually tweaked for me. To conclude the session, Jon told me to play a few rounds with the new blade and come back to the store for computer measurements when the machine was fixed to optimize the fitting.
I’m 63 years old and have bought a lot of things in my life and this was a top 3 experience as a customer. I will update this review after I go back to the store for computer measurement.

“Great place, knowledgeable staff. I always deal with Bryan and feel like he is a family friend. He always does the best he could do for my business and I really appreciate that. He has great experience with all equipment and there is nothing he hasn’t seen in terms of gym equipment but he doesn’t sit around and boast about what he knows. Instead he lets you ask the questions and he will answer them. Never pushes anything and always has the best answers in terms of pricing for your budget, space, or functionality in terms of business or residential needs. I will only deal with Bryan and total fitness when it comes to equipment!”

The previous one I had came from I had to search for someone to help us then I found someone and was told to go to another person.
