Every experience has been a great experience (even if it's not our boys favorite place...I mean does anyone actually enjoy shots). They are patient and loving with him and they communicate amazingly with us! They are also responsive and helpful as we have had several sick and injury visits, as our boy has epilepsy.”
“I recently switched to Cat's corner to have a cat-only vet since it felt like they could give my cat more specific attention. Boy, was I ever so pleased!
My elder cat recently had liver levels ping on his bloodwork and I've been in and out of the vet's office so much recently that I feel like I live there. Every time I arrive everyone has been super friendly and they get me into a room right away, no waiting in the lobby. On busy days, there can sometimes be a wait in the rooms, but unlike waiting in the lobby, you can then feel free to let your little one out to roam and get comfy.
Cat's Corner is a comfortable environment for my cat. he's often just relaxing in his carrier or laying on my lap when we're waiting there.
The techs are knowledgeable, charming, and treat your cat with care and love. The Doctors are wonderful. I've primarily seen Dr. Winskey and she has gone above and beyond what I would expect from even a caring Vet's office. She's always taken the time to exam Warden with care and has sat with me to thoroughly review the findings. I'm the kind of person who will come in with a written list of questions and she took the time to give each concern attention and answer to the best of her knowledge. When there was a question that needed more research, she's taken the work with her and followed up consistently. I've been able to text and email as the situation changes and every time I've been met with kind, attentive, and fast communication.
Dr. Winskey even told me once that she had been laying awake thinking about my cat's situation one night because she felt there had been more to go over in the appointment that she had not addressed. She's checked in even when Dr. Burke was the one to run the labs because she was out. Dr. Winskey even took warden's situation to a specialist to consult with them for a second opinion.
Recently, she mapped out two different paths for us to pursue. I had originally been very against putting my elder cat through a surgery, but when I heard that it was going to be done in house at Cat's Corner, I felt a lot more at ease with the idea. This is coming from a person with high anxiety, especially about doing right by my furry life-companion. I'm surprised at myself for how calm my brain is about the idea (not 100% calm because I've still got my anxious ways, but I feel at peace with the possibility)

“Milford Animal Hospital is simply the best! I've been to plenty of vets in many different areas and I can tell you that the care here is top notch. My puppy tested positive for heartworm a year ago. The treatment is long and risky. Dr. Blasi, Dr. Galloway, and the entire team were simply wonderful through the entire process. We never have to wait long during our visits, the text communication is fabulous, and everyone that we ever interact with is warm, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you MAH, I'm so glad I found you!”

“Look no further for top-notch veterinary care. Dr. Marc, the vet techs, and the office staff are truly the best. I've been bringing my German Shepherd, Mika, here for years, and they’ve always been there when we’ve needed them. From diagnosing her severe allergies to providing compassionate care after a fall down our deck stairs, their dedication has been exceptional. Whether it's a last-minute sick visit or a quick medication refill, they always go above and beyond. Good people providing great care!”
“Dr. Broderick, Dennis and their staff are wonderful. When we adopted a rescue kitten who almost died Dr. B took care of him when our vet didn't respond to our call. We have taken all of our pets there ever since. Veterinary care is not inexpensive, and Dr. B is fair and reasonable. He is professional and takes the time to explain and answer questions. I highly recommend this practice!”
“So cozy and welcoming! We had to switch vets when we moved to CT and so far we've only had pleasant experiences with Home Veterinary Services. Definitely recommend if you're local and looking for a trusting vet! Fur mama of 3 :)

“While living in New Haven for my training at YNHH, the main reason I took my dogs here at first was proximity to my home. However, Dr. Kaufman quickly became our family's favorite veterinarian. Always thorough, and could tell she genuinely enjoyed nerding out while explaining canine physiology in human medical terms. The staff is also very responsive, and many times emailed me records on short notice.”
“They’re the best around. Family owned practice with lots of love and medicinal support for your pet’s needs. I’ve had four cats treated throughout the years. They’re affordable, professional, accommodating and informative.
I wouldn’t have my male cat with me today if it wasn’t for Dr.Adam and their surgical staff. Dr.Pooja is also extremely attentive and helped clear an infection to my girl cat.

“Great experience! I brought my two cats for the first time today (both extremely shy/skittish), and it couldn’t have gone better. My cats were so stressed out on the way there that I was in tears, but all of the staff were so welcoming & patient with them that it immediately made both them & I more relaxed. Fantastic care, patience, attentiveness, and it never once felt like products/procedures were being forced. I wish I could remember the vet’s name (I’m so sorry, my mind was all over the place because of the stress on them) but Ollie was the primary vet tech helping us & she was amazing! “I cannot thank Dr Padilla and his staff enough. My furbaby sustained a fall injury on sat night - resulting in a limp. Our primary vet clinic was closed on the weekends and Dr. Padilla and his group were able to take us in the following Sunday morning to look at our dog. Dr Padilla was professional and compassionate - reassuring us throughout the visit. His entire staff was very kind and welcoming.”

“They have been phenomenal for our 4year old cat. She is feisty and has unfortunately had quite a list of health issues over the past year and a half. Last year she became very sick basically overnight. Our previous primary "low cost" vet was impossible to get a hold of. I was frantically calling every vet I could find and no one was willing to fit her in as a new patient. They were so kind and did what they could to get us seen. They worked with us on finding her the right medication and offered affordable options. Their visits are pretty affordable as well. The doctor is great, thorough, and straight to the point. “I brought my two cats to Shelton Veterinary Center for a routine visit — one needed vaccinations and the other needed a nail trim. Dr. Harter, who was filling in as the relief vet that day, was wonderful with both of them. She was gentle, patient, and clearly experienced with cats, which made the whole visit go smoothly despite my one cat who doesn't like vet trips. I also mentioned a concern I had and she took the time to address it and explain what could be going on, which I really appreciated. The staff is always friendly and efficient whenever I take my cats their for care. It's always a great experience overall.”

“I have been taking my dog Peaches here for over 7 years and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Gumprecht, Kathy the office manager, and the all of vet techs. They always greet me and Peaches with a smile, answer all of my questions (no matter how silly they are sometimes), and spend as much time with us as we need. My dog recently had an issue that lasted over 3 weeks. During that time we had 2 visits and I had to call the office many times. My 14 year old cat was losing weight rapidly and in very poor health. I brought him in and Dr. Weill was able to clean all of his mats, treat his ear and eye infection and get him on a regimen to get better. Dr Weill and Nona had the patience and care it took to get my cat Riley back to being healthy. Dr Weill was very thorough in his care succeeds in making both my cat and dog feel comfortable while in his care. I am also very appreciative of the care and explanation of how to administer medicine from Nona at the desk. Her written instructions helped make the task of keeping track of medicine much less stressful!

“Very thorough and kind veterinarian. The office staff was amazing. I was seen as an emergency appointment for both my dog and cat. Nothing major but needed a regular vet.
