I rented a storage unit here for almost five (5) years and I am so glad that I did! (I only stopped renting my unit because I moved to another state.) Ninety percent of my unit stored books. I had a climate controlled unit and my books look and smell as wonderful as they did when I first rented my unit at Extra Space Storage. The same goes for my clothing and bedding and lamps and lampshades. The staff are wonderful and always helpful and keep the place immaculate. I highly recommend a climate controlled unit at Extra Space Storage!!!

Jennifer at Extra Space Storage was very patient and understanding with my husband and I when we wanted to exchange a larger storage unit for a smaller one . She explained the process to us and we are very grateful . We have 3 storage units with Extra Space Storage. Two in Florida and one in Ct. and we have been very pleased.
