The faculty and people were great! Corporate was horrible. 4 months after I took 2 big units, they raised my rent 50%. I complained, the local people blamed corporate and said we don’t initiate these changes we have to live with the issues they cause. I’ll never rent from Rxtra Space again and neither should anyone else.

We have been with this storage facility for almost 6 years now and moved units multiple times. We have always had a very clean unit waiting for us, and the grounds around the facility are always kept pristine. The customer service is amazing and they are very communicative with their clients. During a recent (and very large) move, the staff went above and beyond to help make everything very easy for us. We appreciate them and highly recommend Avon Extra Space Storage!

Jennifer and her staff have been wonderful during the three years I have stored items at Extra Space Storage (legacy Avon Self Storage). Jennifer is very pleasant, knowledgeable about the facility and picks up the phone quickly whenever I called.The storage units were terrific, too! Zero problems, very clean and brightly lit.I would highly recommend storing at Extra Space Storage in Avon!

I utilized Extra Space Storage in Avon, CT while in between the sale of one home and the purchase of another. They were so easy to deal with and offered a competitive price. The storage unit was clean and dry! Easy to drive right up to for unloading and loading. I recommend them.
