“This is a former Gap, which was already pretty great, but is now even better. It’s Labor Day weekend, and somehow the shelves and racks are stocked, stacked and very well organized. The fitting rooms were tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful (just like when it was Gap!) and I left with more than I’d anticipated. Of special note to mid-size ladies: pant sizes ranged from 0 all the way to 20. I always have to try at least 3 sizes when I shop and since all of the sizes were available, I was able to leave with what I wanted and needed (re: not shop online). I usually hate shopping, and I will make a point to venture more regularly to this retail location. Great job on the transition, guys!”

“Extremely neat, very well organized and clothing, boots, and accessories for everbody.This Bob's store, not to be confused with a furniture store, is located off the Berlin turnpike, on Kitts lane where the Stop an Shop is.There is plenty of upfront parking.I have been looking for a quality but affordable pair of winter snowblower gloves. After checking out several stores, I decided to try this store. Walked in, and there up front were 3 display stands of gloves.Found exactly what I was looking for, and in my size, Xlg, and at the right price.$39.99.At the register, the young man was very pleasant and informative and answered all my questions. He then informed me of their Bobs store rewards program. A no cost, no card carrying, saves you money on your purchases. I agreed and was instantly awarded a $10.00 discount for signing up and extended my warranty to 90 days. You can't go wrong.I left feeling pretty good, and I believe that's the best compliment you can say about a business.These gloves just got a little warmer.I do recommend Bob's clothing store on Kitts Lane in Newington.”
“I absolutely love this cute store and it's a pleasant environment. The customer service is great and the ladies are friendly and helpful. In addition, the clothes are awesome cute. I have bought many clothes there and they fit and wear well. 1 time a handbag I bought had some stitching come loose and the manager was so nice and said No worries, you can take another one. “I have experienced awesome customer service from the women that put my jacket on hold. She works at the register. This was on Saturday November 1, 2025. She always has a smile on her face. Then I received excellent customer service from Nathan. Nathan thank you for patent, kind and respectful. I very much appreciate you both for excellent customer service. This speaks volumes. I met the manager last weekend October 25, 2026. He is a very nice gentleman. There were two other ladies that gave me excellent customer service on the October. I remember she has beautiful purple hair. The other woman is short and petite like she held my jackets on November 1, 2026.
Again thank you all for excellent customer service. You all went above and beyond and I pray you all excel into to higher career moves. You all deserve it.”
“Love the clothes here! Technical but just as good for casual wear as for your workout. I even wear some pieces to work. Every stitch and seam has a purpose but the pieces are pretty too! and the best fit of any workout wear I've tried! The price is well worth it as they last and wear well. Plus, while they are on trend, they aren't fad-y, so you can wear them on and on.”

“This was my first time shopping at this location. Frank was wonderful, checking in on me and finding me clothes based on the look I was going for. He showed me a couple pieces I ended up loving that I wouldn’t have picked out on my own. Daniel was also great, and assisted me when I was looking for clothes for my husband. “After reading all the one star reviews I was a little apprehensive about visiting vineyard vines at the west farms mall but let me tell u my experience was 5 star from the moment I walked in... I was greeted by Marco immediately and he made me feel like I was the only customer in the store even thou they were busy & soon after the store manager Julie came by to make sure I found everything I needed not only did Marco & Julie help me find everything I needed they also gave me there opinion on certain colors they liked or clashed I was impressed they cared sooooo much if u read older reviews trust me the store is totally revamped with a super positive atmosphere & I recommend anyone who visited before and wasn't happy to give vineyard vines another try & I promise you'll be super satisfied...
