βThis store is a treasure to our town. The customer service is hands down the best and every time I think they might not have what Iβm looking for, I ask and someone finds it for me. They have pulled me out of a pinch, given me good advice and saved me tons of time driving to the big box. Love it!β
βAlways find what I'm looking for & only buy what I'm looking for ( although regularly find something gotta have) guys in there always helping with stuff to be loaded.

βWelden markets itself as "your hometown hardware store" and they really and truly are. Great selection and service and they never hesitate to answer a question, provide some advice, and do what they can to get your household needs taken care of. They're not a huge store, but somehow they always seem to have the thing you need on their shelves. Definitely one of those places that makes Simsbury, Simsbury.β

βI went to Lowe 's to look for a specific towel rack for my parents bathroom. This store is huge. They have all kinds of tools, and items for every part of your home. When I had just purchased my home, I was here pretty much every day, with my dad or my boyfriend looking for something for my house. My screen door is from Lowe's, my living room paint color is from Lowe's, just to name a few.I came across a very friendly sales associate, Jamie who chatted with me for a while and told me they don't have that exact towel rack in store, but I could order it online. This isn't ideal, because I did come to the store to purchase it, but shipping only takes two days.While Lowe's isn't my favorite store, I like going here with someone knowledgeable about the product and their uses. The staff I've encountered has been very friendly and helpful. They sell more then what one might expect from a home improvement store.β
βHarbor freight has come a long way. It's a great place to go if you need to buy a tool that you're only going to use once. They also have some good quality tools now as well.β

βIt is always a good experience to go to Larsen Ace Hardware. Their product line seems to be well suited to the needs and problems of the average homeowner. - Better than the big box stores. Store associates provide helpful friendly service. The store is neat, clean and well stocked. Also, if shoping online their web site is easy to use and up to date.β
βGreat hardware store. They have just about everything you might need! From screws to paint to mowers, snowblowers, to gardening supplies and more. They are always willing to help with any questions you might have.β

βIβve been renting all types of power equipment from this place for years. They are always busy and if you go there on weekend, be prepared to wait your turn to be helped. The owner is a great guy and has always given me some good tips on the jobs Iβm about to tackle. The Hardware store next door is also great, with great customer service.. I will always use this store before any big box store.β
βAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Called last minute at Christmas, they made sure they had the tool I wanted since only one was in stock. They shipped SUPER FAST!! Had my order 2 days after ordering without expediting shipping.β
βNice, clean place. This is the first time I'm here, so I cannot comment on pricing or general product availability. I needed one item. They did not have it in stock, and they said they would have to email the manufacturer for a quote and lead time. They were accommodating but didn't have what I need. Don't know if they're well stocked and fairly priced or not.β
βGreat location that is organized, well-stocked, and conveniently placed by other useful stores in the Commons. The key kiosk here lets you pay right at the machine instead of going to the checkout counters which is very convenient. Bathrooms were clean. We had to speak to a couple employees about items we needed and they were kind and helpful. I would come here again.β
