“This is one of my favorite thrift stores to go to. The layout is very easy to find things. The prices are great. Much less expensive than Goodwill. And they’re giving to a great cause. The turnover is fast so you could go there every week and find something new. The staff are lovely.”

“This is one of my favorite shops in all of Bristol! The owner and her family are always so kind and welcoming! I love coming in whether it be to browse the lovely selection (always full of Hidden Treasures) or to stop, chat & pray with the lovely staff!There is always some amazing sale happening, or a gem hiding on the racks! One of my fave finds so far, a suede Michael Kors blazer for only a dollar!Thanks to an AMAZING sale they had recently I was able to decorate almost my entire apartment for around $50! I'm talking sheets, curtains, plates, cups, decorations, picture frames, candles, and my new Heirloom dish set!Definitely worth coming in for a look! love these folks!!”
“Really nice volunteers, very good prices to start with, and then beyond fair when they're doing thier sales. They've frequently got wedding dresses if you're looking. And it's all for a good cause as well. Really recommend this shop. People also donate some very fun stuff to them.”

“This was an excellent store until they started letting all of the employees go who remembered customers and took delight in providing a top notch experience while shopping. There were always smiles and laughs. I don't know if management changed...the pricing is still very good and the selection is as well, but the overall experience has seriously gone downhill. As a customer who regularly thrifts around the state, the store went from being close to #1 for me to dropping to middle to low for me...as someone who is handicapped, experience carries far more weight for me and I'm sad that this store fell off on quality experience...”

“Fabulous selection of clothing w a major league selection of designer clothing at unbeatable prices. I picked up a pair of barely worn Stewart Whitman sandals for &10. Beautiful glassware and home goods. Totally worth a visit!”
“Was at the store 8/27. Wow the staff here are awesome! Definitely either love their jobs or they put on the “customer service” face, although if that’s the case - I could not tell. I didn’t realize they were closing when I went to the fitting room and came out 10 full minutes after they were technically closed. All I got was, “did you want to head to the register? We’re kinda closed.” In an incredibly happy and kind way. They did not rush me at the register and even signed me up for their perks program - EVEN THOUGH WE WERE A FULL 15 MINUTES AFTER CLOSE! They absolutely did not need to be so gracious. I believe it was the manager that handled most of the conversation, but everyone was beyond nice. Huge props. Store is also well-maintained with a pretty decent selection. Wish I had more time to look at books, but that is 100% on me.”

“Great store and friendly staff!
One issue I’ve noticed: the price tags are often punched into the front neck collar of shirts and dresses, which leaves a visible hole after removing the tag. It’s a shame to have unnecessary damage on otherwise great clothing. Please consider attaching tags to seams instead—it would make a big difference!”

“KINDEST WORKER I’VE EVER MET
Some of my friends and I recently went to goodwill and had the pleasure of meeting William. He is the sweetest cashier we’ve ever meet. He was cheerful, friendly, and humorous. One of the items I was checking out didn’t have a tag. While another kind worker, David, quickly solved the problem, Will talked to us the entire time. Even though the store was closing soon and most workers would be rushing to get customers out, he didn’t make us feel like a burden. We will be back very soon in hopes of seeing him!!! :)
