The United States Postal Service is a busy and often overwhelmed operation, but the staff at this particular location are generally friendly and do their best to assist customers. While the lines can be long, there is ample parking available. One customer had a positive experience with the postmaster, who helped resolve an issue with a missing envelope quickly. However, another customer noted that they prefer to go elsewhere when in a rush due to the high volume of activity at this post office.

Chronically understaffed, even during peak holiday times. Lines 10+ customers long with only one employee cashing them out (a regular occurrence here). Save yourself the aggravation and head to either Weatogue, Canton or Unionville…this place is run completely incompetently.

Line is always 15 people long, only one person behind the counter always, when you call, no one ever answers, just eventually goes to busy and dropped

I sent a very important envelope that was missing for a few days. Drew, the Post Master, was amazing and help resolve the issue asap.
