They never pick up the phone and they said they couldn’t deliver my package because they couldn’t get access to my drive way, THERE IS NOTHING BLOCKING THE DRIVE WAY, AND I NEEDED IT THE EXACT DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO COME FOR SCHOOL, NOT IM STRESSED BECAUSE THIS IS CRUTAL FOR SCHOOL AND I NEED IT, AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT IS GOOD, BUT THEN THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE POST OFFICE AND THEY NEVER PICKED UP, NOT ANY OF THE 10 GOD DAMN TIMES I TRIED TO CALL THEM, THERE IS NOTHING IN MY DRIVE WAY, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, FEDEX CAME AFTER AND DID THE JOB JUST FINE, I ABSOLUTELY HATE USPS, THERE IS A REASON THIS IS A 1 STAR POST OFFICE, ITS BECAUSE THE PEOPLE AND THE SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCK!!!! I AM ABSOLUTELY LIVID RIGHT NOW!!

Apparently, the words 'customer service' aren't part of the job description. I came here to send a product return in a large envelope that are provided for free by any post office that I’ve been in. I had a printed return label, and I asked the clerk behind the counter if I can use a few piece of tape from behind the desk. There were no other customers in line and he wasn't helping anyone, so I wasn't interrupting anyone else's time there. Here is how that went:
Me: Excuse me, but can I have 4 pieces of tape to tape down the return label?
Clerk: Sorry, we don’t have any tape.
Me: (looking directly at the TWO tape dispensers with brown and clear tape on the desk behind the counter one desk over from him) - what about the tape on the desk right there?
Clerk: You’re not suppose to use brown tape to tape down labels.
Me: What about the clear tape right next to it?
Clerk: We’re not suppose to give you tape, you have to either bring your own or buy some from us.
Me: Look, I just need 4 pieces of clear tape to tape down a return label, not to wrap an entire box in it. Can I please have 4 pieces of tape for my label? (I was still polite to him, despite him A. lying to me (you don’t have any tape, and it is on the desk next to you? Really??), and B. being blatantly rude.)
At that point, the clerk begrudgingly gave me the tape dispenser, all the while shooting me daggers with his eyes as if I was asking him to give me free products, package those products for me, ship them for free, and then walk me to my car and drive me home. I carefully tore off 4 piece of tape, gave it back to him, and made it a point to say thank you and wish him a nice day before I walked out.
Lying to a customer? Rude? Lacking simple manners and basic customer service?

Terrible customer service, as I was the next in line to come up, the lady just walks of with out saying anything, with a bunch of people behind me. Then we all hear them laughing in the back and literally 4 minutes before someone els came up to help me. Customer service needs work if you don’t like it get another job. -1 ⭐️ if was possible

Line is always 15 people long, only one person behind the counter always, when you call, no one ever answers, just eventually goes to busy and dropped

Just recently had a carrier driver take a bag I had hanging from my mailbox because my mailbox couldn't hold one of the larger boxes I was shipping out. Might not seem like much, but it was given to me by a friend I rarely get see so it's a nice reminder of her. Anyway, I called the P.O right afterward and asked that they put it back in my mailbox next time they go around (no yelling/getting upset). The woman I spoke to said okay and took my info, but it was never returned. Weird behavior from this place.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter's passport and when I got there a woman told me there was no one there to process passport applications. The woman was very rude and even told us she called all customers to cancel, which I did not believe because I received no phone call. If at all possible, go to another USPS location!

C'mon people, where is your sense of adventure and excitement?
I for one, find it exhilarating to drop a piece of mail in the outside mailbox and gamble that it find its way to its destination or ends up in some federal government black hole, never to be seen again.
What could be as exciting as reading a sign on the entrance to the post office, posted by the Avon PD ( now removed) that you are advised not to use the outside drop box due to theft. Gosh, one would think a CCV camera with night vision wouldn't break the budget. Maybe we citizens can hold a bake sale for funding.
From this message board it appears that a new Postmaster is in place. I sure hope he is more visible than the last one. Trying to see him/her was like trying to see the Wizard of OZ hiding behind the big door in the lobby with the sign Postmaster. I do like the counter staff. I've always had a pleasant experience with them.

I go here often, they recognize me and generally the staff is OK to me but I came to mail something and I had just gotten all my passport stuff together but the place was deserted so I asked if maybe they could accept my stuff. I didn't have an appointment but I had everything all done and I used to process passports when I worked so it's not like I need a lot of help. The nice woman at the window went to the back to ask on my behalf and of course the answer was no and I was told to make an appointment online. P.S. Online it says you can schedule an appointment at the office but I wasn't given that option so I didn't know to ask about it. When I went home the online scheduling system was down and has been down for hours. I thought the new postmaster here would make a difference but I guess not. Now when I finally can make an appointment and come back it will probably be packed in there and they'll have to spare someone from the windows to help me while the line gets longer and longer out the door. It's a good thing I'm months out from my trip. Just in case you want to know why everything is so difficult at this post office this is one reason why.

I sent a very important envelope that was missing for a few days. Drew, the Post Master, was amazing and help resolve the issue asap.

Woman at the counter was unhelpful. Told me I can't ship a license plate to the DMV when the address is clearly marked for a friend's residence. Mind your own business and do your job. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to send a plate in the mail.
