Avon ct drive thru is PAINFULLY SLOW - longer than five minutes; have to shut the car off … maybe get more staff support ?

This branch is why I will not open the account in this bank. Very unprofessional, very slow and half of the times unfamiliar with their own system!

Tried to update a signature for a church account. Every time when we do this it something different. Seems like they don’t have competent staff at this branch.
