“This shop has my business for life ! James was fantastic in trouble shooting a major issue with my transmission connection between the ECM and connector. He saved me over $1500.00 (Have a 2015 VW TDI Passat) He litteraly found a broken wire on the connector that plugs to the ECM, a VW dealer would of charged you for a whole new ECM plus service, make it $2K with labor, James only charged me for 2 hours of work, bill under $225.00 !! Thank you James !!”

We tried for over a year to get our check engine light off (through various other mechanics and mechanical repair that didn't solve the issue) We stressed since we wouldn't be able to register our truck. Finally, Dave-the owner gave us hope, but said no promises. We were recommended by our friend Sarah...so glad we stopped over to talk to Dave. “Friendly on the phone, not in person. The waiting room was upstairs in the showroom. They had coffee, comfy chairs, and all sorts of TV entertainment (pluto, disney, netflix, etc). They also let my kid sit on the golf carts in the showroom. Price was alright. It took less time than quoted, and the job was done correctly. I was even able to bring my own parts! When it was done, they did not show me the breakdown of the jobs/services/work and just told me the price I owed; He did not explain ANYTHING whatsoever and just wanted to know if I was paying cash or card. Once I was paid, all customer service was gone and expired and THEN i was handed the breakdown on the receipt. There was a younger woman at a desk who was on her phone and did not seem at all interested in her job. They had little knick-knacks/free items in baskets in the hallway like screen cleaners, pens, air freshners, and a few other things i can't recall. Clean office and waiting area. There was also a guy in there taking a course on a breathalyzer installation he needed for his car at an open desk, IN thw showroom/waiting area while I was in there and I found that to be inconsiderate to his privacy. He probably didn't want everyone knowing what he had in his personal life, and here he was, watching a video on how to use it, right out in the open.”
