“Love Harris! Mainly go here for life feeder mice/rats for our sneks but always browse the many varieties of for sale reptiles. They have some huge tortoises too which are not for sale but cool to watch. The service is always top notch and one of the associates actually really helped us out when our new bumble bee ball python wouldn’t eat. She recommended live and much larger than what we were trying and he ate immediately! Will remain a loyal customer.”

“I just recently discovered this pet store & I absolutely love it. A few months ago I switched all 4 of my dogs to a raw diet and I had trouble finding a pet store that even sold raw food. A few other stores in the area are extremely overpriced so when I stumbled upon WAGS I was pleasantly surprised. They have raw food, freeze dried raw, dehydrated treats, bone broth, goats milk & many more things I love to buy my dogs and they are at reasonable prices! The owner is very helpful and always so kind when we come in. Definitely worth checking out!”

“I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked.But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on.”

I’ve searched and priced at very dealer in CT and nearby NY and Mass. NOBODY comes close to beating their prices! “We always use this petco and all the staff are awesome. We recently got a new puppy and needed to exchange the harness we got him for a bigger size. Tameeka was amazing and made the process so easy! She was super friendly and helpful and let me know if we had any issues with the dog play pen I was also picking up that day we could return that no problem as well. 10/10 would recommend”

“We needed to buy a tractor, so I visited Tractor Supply in Simsbury, Connecticut, which is in our area.

The salesperson, Jacquelyn, was very friendly and offered to help me choose a tractor. She was very knowledgeable in explaining the advantages of the different models and helping me order the model I chose.

When I got home, realizing that the model I chose was too big for our garage, I called the store and asked to cancel my order. The store manager Jeff who answered my call immediately explained how to cancel my order and gave me a customer service number to call to cancel my order.

The customer service representative, Chalsey, not only processed my cancellation request very quickly, but also helped me get a full refund for the cancelled purchase.

Summarizing my impressions from communicating with different employees of different departments of Tractor Supply, I came to the conclusion that the company has a customer-oriented policy. Therefore, when I need to buy something that is there, I will first come to the company store.”

“I brought my pup for a bath and a haircut at Petco of Avon for his scheduled time at 1:15. The young man at grooming immediately took him in, and we discussed how short he should go. He also wanted to see his most up to date Rabies vaccine. He said he would call me when he's ready in around three hours.So I went around town to do some errands. I got the call around 4:00 that he's ready and I could pick him up. I couldn't wait to see his fresh new summer haircut!I was so, so very embarrassed with what the groomer told me. He said they couldn't cut around his face, he was way too aggressive. He really isn't an aggressive dog at all. He's had most of his teeth removed, so couldn't be aggressive by biting.I thought they did a great job on his body, and he smelled so fresh and clean. His head was a bit uneven because he was wiggly. They didn't charge me for this haircut, that was pretty embarrassing too, they worked on him for a long time. They didn't even want to accept my tip. I truly appreciate their honesty and their hard work. I'm going to work on fixing the unevenness my self.I recommended Petco of Avon even if I won't be returning here. They are hard working and honest. If your pup could sit still it'll be so much easier for everyone.”
