“Eric owner manager is a very nice and helpful person. He is quite knowledgeable about perennials annuals bushes and trees. He understands what will thrive in the Farmington valley.
The garden Center has many bird feeders and pet goods and garden novelties and yes Eric knows alot about our local wildlife. Great place to ask questions and chat!”

“Love Harris! Mainly go here for life feeder mice/rats for our sneks but always browse the many varieties of for sale reptiles. They have some huge tortoises too which are not for sale but cool to watch. The service is always top notch and one of the associates actually really helped us out when our new bumble bee ball python wouldn’t eat. She recommended live and much larger than what we were trying and he ate immediately! Will remain a loyal customer.”

“I just recently discovered this pet store & I absolutely love it. A few months ago I switched all 4 of my dogs to a raw diet and I had trouble finding a pet store that even sold raw food. A few other stores in the area are extremely overpriced so when I stumbled upon WAGS I was pleasantly surprised. They have raw food, freeze dried raw, dehydrated treats, bone broth, goats milk & many more things I love to buy my dogs and they are at reasonable prices! The owner is very helpful and always so kind when we come in. Definitely worth checking out!”
“I’ve been taking Louie to Woofgang for the past two years and we absolutely love it. They are so gentle with Lou and he always comes home smelling and looking fantastic. Our favorite is when they give him a tie or a bandana. Aries is fantastic as well. Always treating Lou with so much love and care. He’s not nervous and look forward to it when he walks in. As opposed to when we take him to the vet, he’s a mental case, ha ha. I can’t see us ever taking Lou to anyone else. The canton, Connecticut location is incredible.”

“I originally ordered online from them and had a bad experience. Two things I'd ordered and paid for weren't in stock and hadn't been in stock for weeks. When they asked me if I'd accept an alternative, I picked one; but when it was delivered they'd given me a different alternative than the one I picked.But recently I went in-store with my puppy and my friends with their puppies and we had a great time! They were extremely friendly and helpful at the counter. So maybe I'll just purchase in-store from now on.”
“It was fine but I did have two issues. I was asked to text them when I arrived but no one got back to me so I kept sitting in my car waiting. And, I had no clue where to go once I got in the store. I had to ask my dog groomer”

“We always use this petco and all the staff are awesome. We recently got a new puppy and needed to exchange the harness we got him for a bigger size. Tameeka was amazing and made the process so easy! She was super friendly and helpful and let me know if we had any issues with the dog play pen I was also picking up that day we could return that no problem as well. 10/10 would recommend”
