“This is the best Gas Station in the Valley. They give you the best prices and deals. They keep up with the current products that are in demand. They also take personal requests to acquire the items that are needed for their clients. OVERALL, you’d never experience this kind of quality from your personal gas station. You should give them a shot.”

“When our crew from Manny Roofing was working in Waterbury, we were looking for a place to grab lunch, and South Main Deli came through in a big way. This Spanish restaurant offers a fantastic buffet-style spread, and I decided to place an order for the team. The ladies at South Main Deli were amazing—so helpful in packing a variety of dishes and even tailoring the order to include different combinations so the guys could pick what they liked. From savory meats to flavorful rice and sides, the food was a hit with everyone, and there was plenty of variety to keep everyone satisfied. The service was outstanding, and they really took the time to make sure our order was just right. The guys loved the food, and we definitely appreciated the quick and friendly service. If you’re in the area and need a solid meal, I highly recommend South Main Deli. Great food, great service, and perfect for feeding a hungry team!”

“Great, come often, I just wish they would reliably have hot food ready. Seems to be random, or hit or miss on selection regardless of time or day of the week. But, friendly staff and move lines very quickly.”

“This store is in a superb location. It is easily accessible and very convenient. The shelves are only semi stocked and the employees are friendly, but not very knowledgeable. There is plenty of parking available. With the right management, this store could come back to its former glory. Considering its proximity to downtown New Haven, it is a gem waiting to be rejuvenated with the proper, prompt attention.”

“I usually don't write reviews on convenience stores, but they make some slamming Fried Chicken. I went to my daughter's track meet at the school in New Haven, Connecticut a while ago, and I wanted something to snack on. I asked someone on the street if there was a store in the area and they pointed me to this store. Now I'm going to be honest, it's not the best area in New Haven, Connecticut but sometimes the best food are in holes in the wallI, or in the hood . I was just going to get some chips but I seen they were selling wings and I wanted to try them out. I was a little concerned about the wings because they were big wings and the last time I ordered wings that big from an establishment, they were not cooked all the way through. As I walking back towards the school, I took a bite of the chicken and OH MY GOD!!! You're talking about flavors that were just dancing on my tongue. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the flavors were delicious, and that crunch was out of this world. I had to write this review because I had to tell someone!! lol. The wings are a dollar a piece and honestly I've been here a couple late nights.”

“Best gas station in Seymour! The gentleman who works there saved me $5.00 on vapes! He didn’t have to, but he did and in my experience that deserves respect! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A++++++”

“I remember months ago I was supposed to meet up with someone near by and they flaked after the good man in the store allowed me to contact my host by charging my phone. I told myself I'd come back and purchase. Today was the day I came in and met the kindest owner and the calmest energy ever. Super kind smile and very generous. I got myself a grinder and blueberry white arizona tea which my other friend reminded me to have again because it used to be my go to drink. I also am porkfree which halal is approved via this very store. And it's brown owned. It smells good in the store and everything was affordable. I'll be back for that graham cracker ice cream and lunch or and dinner again. This might even be a good date spot if you want to grab food to go. Only suggestion is more hours and a seating area because it's a vibe nonetheless. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!! I had funyuns in my grinder ???”
527 Main St, Naugatuck CT 06770
“They're always so friendly here. They don't wait until you reach the counter to acknowledge you. They say hi ahead of time. Even if you're not at their register. The store is always clean. Their rest rooms are always clean. Store is usually stocked up with product. They were only out of gas at a few of the pumps once. The garbage pails at the pumps are emptied regularly. They're not overflowing like we see at other stations. I've been coming here and stopping on my way through for years. The ownership shows and speaks volumes. Even a handful of years ago before the remodel the staff was always nice and friendly back then. Plenty of parking spots also in case you have to run in for a few items.”

“Lived right by here almost my whole life. Steve is amazing. I miss this store! Store is always clean and food is bomb! Don’t overcharge for anything. I remember mornings waiting for the bus and being given candy for free. Love them here!”
