“I was looking for a post office where I could take care of my business without feeling uncomfortable or out of place, and after reading the reviews, I kept seeing people mention the lady with the rainbow 🌈 hair. I’m here to say those reviews were absolutely true and well-deserved.
When I walked in, I was the only customer there, and I immediately asked for the lady with the 🌈 hair. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. She took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Her kindness and positive attitude truly stood out. I was able to get in and out with ease, with no issues at all. Excellent customer service makes a difference, and because of my experience, I will definitely be using this branch moving forward.”

“This past weekend one of our packages was mistakenly delivered to another address. The package was a dress for my daughter’s homecoming dance. After reaching out and trying to locate the package, the postal office and all their workers truly got together and worked hard on making this right I have a happy 16 year-old at home, all thanks to them not giving up. “While this location is sometimes understaffed I think, all the employees have been super kind and helpful to me, even going so far as to request a postal worker return to my house to drop off a package I had missed that needed signing! They work really hard to get through the line as fast as possible and really help everyone out.”
