She’s very friendly and completed all the necessary paperwork which put me at ease. Good old-fashioned service. I highly recommend Kulmann’s! “Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. All in all what could have been an extremely stressful situation was made easy and carefree by this shop. Highly recommend”
“My car got towed to Lakewood due to expired registration. My car was there for 5 days. My car came back to me as I handed it over, they let me inflate a tire of mine before leaving the property and the customer service was great. Annette truthfully is the best, she was helpful with info and even texted me info while I was at work so I didn’t have to step out and take a call. If you get your car towed here (willingly or not) your car will be returned the way you left it with them.”

“If I could give them a 10, I would. From the first phone call, to the Roadside hook up and tow, I knew I had made the right choice. Once back at the shop, they dug in as a team and went above and beyond to remedy by serious problems.
I was from out of state, hours from home, driving a class C motorhome. and they came through like I was a regular steady customer.
Every single employee treated us with a smile and a nod of encouragement.

“Just want to share my experience with Classic coach. A month ago, a lady parked her car at a Resteraunt that a car show was being held at and that they were sponsoring, my car was in the show. Her car popped out of gear and rolled into my car. The bumper was all scuffed up and needed repair and paint. These guys did an AMAZING job; I can't find one flaw with any part of it. The bumper, paint, fit, and finish look better than when the car was new. I am a bit anal and bit of a perfectionist. This result is what I would hope for and expect, but it is rare that it actually happens!!! Very happy and would definitely recommend this team to fix your car. Thank you”

“I go there regularly, at least once a month and my truck is waiting for me, and it even has gas in the tank. I get a 20' truck and it does fine for short hauls. I might be a little nervous to take it cross country. The staff is friendly and things seem to go very smoothly, including at checkout. Years ago they struggled to get through the screens, do there must have been some significant upgrades. I prefer to deal in person because the online checkout seems really finicky.”

“Hi All,
I have a story to tell you about how honest Williamson Auto Electric is. A few months ago I needed my fuel pump replaced on my rav4 so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson and they replaced it I don't remember exactly how much it costed. Recently, I got stuck on the side of the highway and had another problem with my car so my mechanic (All Tech Auto) sent it to Williamson again to have it further checked out. It turns out that the fuel pump that they had replaced a few months ago was faulty so they replaced it for free at no charge. That is how honest they are that they or my mechanic could have made something up and charged me 1000 dollars and said they fixed something and I don't know cars I would've just paid it but no they were so honest that they replaced it at no charge.
Not all mechanics are this honest. I highly recommend them.”

“Overall very good. I worked with Tom. Really good guy, It’s a small body shop.They had my truck for a little longer than I wanted but it came out excellent. They had to do some extensive additional welding on the undercarriage in order to put new runningboards on.Overall I would tell you it’s a small family shop. “Called Chippys on the hottest day of the year because I hammered my motorcycle trailer backing up. They quoted a fair price and came to Huntington (almost Trumbull) to bring my trailer to Waterbury. They came quickly (25 minutes) loaded my trailer on a flatbed and delivered it to Waterbury (they almost beat me there in the flatbed). Great service, fair price and a friendly driver. “I got into an accident in Naugy and they came to tow my car. The tow truck driver could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I had groceries in my trunk because I was leaving Big Y when the accident happened. He helped me put everything in my car into my father’s. When I tried to tip him he wouldn’t accept it, he told me to try and enjoy my weekend. That gesture was incredibly thoughtful and unselfish during a very stressful event and considering how expensive cost of living is these days. I believe his name was Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy for restoring my faith in mankind. There are still good people out there, which is very good to know. I definitely recommend this business. When I went to sign for my car to be released to my insurance company the owners father took care of me. Family owned and operated. Patronize these guys if ever in an emergency situation. They took care of me and I am very grateful.”
