“What’s not to love, old fashioned friendly service the way gas stations used to be. It’s also where I go to catch up on fishing talk and gossip. Try that at another gas station! I’ve been going to Armands since I was a kid going with my parents and I see no reason to change. When I’m in Seymour it’s the only gas station I will use.”

“Had to get my car towed through my insurance and was assigned this shop to pick up my car. Everything went smoothly and fine except there was minor damage done to the bumper. Once notified of this they were quick to respond and agreed to fixing the damage. Although my car was there a little longer than I had hoped, it was still a fast turnaround time and they even detailed my exterior. All in all what could have been an extremely stressful situation was made easy and carefree by this shop. Highly recommend”

“I had a great experience with this shop—Emmett was transparent, quick, and very fairly priced. He walked me through everything that needed to be done and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. You can tell he’s genuinely honest and takes pride in his work. On top of that, he even included a free oil change and topped off all the fluids in my car as part of the repair. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give them a 10, I would. From the first phone call, to the Roadside hook up and tow, I knew I had made the right choice. Once back at the shop, they dug in as a team and went above and beyond to remedy by serious problems.
I was from out of state, hours from home, driving a class C motorhome. and they came through like I was a regular steady customer.
Every single employee treated us with a smile and a nod of encouragement.
Will, was the lead dog and we can't thank him enough, just a great guy and went above and beyond.”

“I got into an accident in Naugy and they came to tow my car. The tow truck driver could not have been nicer or more empathetic. I had groceries in my trunk because I was leaving Big Y when the accident happened. He helped me put everything in my car into my father’s. When I tried to tip him he wouldn’t accept it, he told me to try and enjoy my weekend. That gesture was incredibly thoughtful and unselfish during a very stressful event and considering how expensive cost of living is these days. I believe his name was Jeremy. Thank you Jeremy for restoring my faith in mankind. There are still good people out there, which is very good to know. I definitely recommend this business. When I went to sign for my car to be released to my insurance company the owners father took care of me. Family owned and operated. Patronize these guys if ever in an emergency situation. They took care of me and I am very grateful.”

“Just want to share my experience with Classic coach. A month ago, a lady parked her car at a Resteraunt that a car show was being held at and that they were sponsoring, my car was in the show. Her car popped out of gear and rolled into my car. The bumper was all scuffed up and needed repair and paint. These guys did an AMAZING job; I can't find one flaw with any part of it. The bumper, paint, fit, and finish look better than when the car was new. I am a bit anal and bit of a perfectionist. This result is what I would hope for and expect, but it is rare that it actually happens!!! Very happy and would definitely recommend this team to fix your car. Thank you”

“Stuck 8n New Haven with a blown brake line hours before the storm and no one wanted to help or tell my vehicle. Joe and Benny went out of their way to help me when I was in a pickle. Benny The owner even invited me to stop by sometime when I'm done with one of my veterans administration appointments down the road. I live in Torrington and I got the local treatment as they say. If you're in a jam with your car and you need a tow consider them before some of the other folks.”

“Overall very good. I worked with Tom. Really good guy, It’s a small body shop.They had my truck for a little longer than I wanted but it came out excellent. They had to do some extensive additional welding on the undercarriage in order to put new runningboards on.Overall I would tell you it’s a small family shop. You could talk with Tom and he is a reasonable person.”
