“I was worried when it appeared that I would need a new transmission. I was concerned that whichever shop I chose, I would end up spending several thousand dollars on a new or rebuilt transmission whether I needed one or not. I selected Transmission Works based on the reviews indicating that the owner Ron runs an honest shop. I can fully attest that this is the case as Ron and his team found a small leak that was making my transmission lose fluid and perform very poorly. The problem was repaired in a day. Thanks Ron!”
“First time coming to these guys and they are the best mechanic shop I went to very affordable came here to get my lights fixed after someone messed up every wire that was connected to the headlight I went to many places they denied to give me service due to it looking like a “jungle” luckily I got recommended to this spot and they got me back on the road within 2-3 hours great place I recommend coming here 110%”

“Went with a draggin splash shield under a rented car.
Few words and lot of good deeds: they looked under the car, lifted it up, removed the damaged splash shield, checked pressure in the tires while they were at it and inflated them as needed.
In the end I asked how much I owed them and they asked for nothing, told me not to worry about it: such behavior is certainly worthy of a 5 star review.”
“It’s been away fo r many decades, since doing work with Peter Delaney. he probably doesn’t remember me because I’m from the 1970s. do you remember me, Pete? Jay Hayes? Hayes construction ? In my lifetime in working with high-performance machine shops, I never felt more comfortable than what your family had running over there.. So, I collected some cars and engines overtime and broke them apart right down to the last nut and bring it to Peter and let Peter do carte blanche on what he felt it needed. We did a 413 wedge 426 hemi 440 commando and I was big on building automatic transmissions as the Chrysler 727 THD360 and 400. and Ford C6 were pretty good automatics if you had the right stall converter in them. . Peter used to do all my foreign and domestic engines with extensive machining, among other services
Every build came out perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better fitment and I trusted Peter unequivocally. Whatever he advised after getting the parts in, I approved and everything was done with with incredible precision. I loved toughen up the torque flight 727 the general motors 400 TH and the Ford C6 transmissions. I think the Ford would be the one that was at the bottom of my list because of where they drilled in the case for the governor.
I never had a problem with any engine or transmission. I assembled after Peter handled the machining for me.
The Peter I worked with in the 70s and I believe his father and maybe brother? Were fine, honest men, and they did their work at a very fair price and their work was never wrong.”

“I was involved in an accident midway to my destination and my car was not drivable. Through GEICO AutoRepair XPress, I found Schaller Auto Body. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on reviews and wanted to be sure to post my own and gush about the quality of the repair work, their customer service, and their help through the entire process. First, they went out of their way to try to help me navigate the process with GEICO, and were proactive about getting my car off the tow lot - even more so than GEICO! They were very open and transparent about the repairs process, calling me to review my estimate and communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process. My car was completed on the scheduled release date, and the quality of the work was superb. Most of the front of my KIA Soul was replaced (including hood, grille, and bumper) and both looking at and driving my car, you would never guess it had been in an accident. The color matching was superb, and their inspection process was extremely thorough, ensuring that every detail of my car was repaired. The entire exterior was detailed and my car shined like it was brand new. If you're feeling nervous, as I was two states away while my car was being fixed, know you can trust Schaller!”

“Washington Auto Service was referred to me by a reputable auto supply store and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work performed on an older 2002 Subaru Forester. It was completed within budget and on time. The technician took the time to show me the damaged parts who was very personable and friendly. Will definitely go back for future repairs. Their facilities may not match that of a Lexus dealership, but rest assured that you will receive the services of a very competent and qualified technician.”
“There are many Pit Falls in owning a classic car. Don’t get caught in the trap of having self -proclaimed experts work on your car ! They’ll just waste your time.
This is what I did, until I finally smartened up and called, “The Paddock “, to help me sort out my Alfa Spider. These guys Eat n Sleep, “Alfa Romeo” as well as other Vintage Exotics.
They gave me top priority and treated my car with the same level of Importance.
I worked with, both Mark’s, Mike and Chris. They love what they do and it shows in every aspect of service. All 4 of these guys are wealth of knowledge and I couldn’t be more pleased.

“I went to Monro muffler on West Main Street to replace the oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 1 on my 2010 Nissan Maxima and I had a very pleasant experience because Matt, Skylar and David were very personable and professional. They did a proper diagnosis, changed the part and gave me very accurate follow-up information. They were also very honest and patient when I asked them specific questions about my car. “I purchased a car from Prestige Auto. It said it had passed vehicle safety inspection. We'll, not so much. R&M and Tom have gone above and beyond to get all the problems fixed. He brought me to work and picked me up. Tom kept in contact with me every time he had my vehicle. Prestige wouldn't do a thing. I asked to swap out for another vehicle I was denied. They refused to give me a loaner even after the repair shop has had the car more than I have. R&M is great, Prestige is the problem. They said they gave me a 4 year bumper to bumper. What they didn't tell me was they charged me $4000 for it. I guess Prestige thought I was just another stupid woman who doesn't know about the lemon law. Tom your the best!”
