I was in need of some construction blueprints to be enlarged and Joseph Merritt & Company were the only printing services that answered immediately. Then I spoke to Daniella and she helped accommodate that request the same day and I was impressed. I inquired about other services and she was so helpful. I ended up getting a large print to announce the daycare in the windows, while construction takes place. They were responsive and had the job turned around rather quickly also. The front desk staff is also friendly and everyone I came into contact made me feel like I was dealing with family. I have other projects coming up for some marketing materials and Joseph Merritt will be my choice. Customer service is key and they get it.... that is why they will receive my continual business.”

In fact, I called a few minutes after close and got a solid response guaranteeing the necessary due date. “quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”

“I have ordered items to be printed from here twice. I have worked with Deborah both times, and she is very responsive and easy to work with. If you need a little change, you could just email her and she gets back to you so quickly. I thought communication was very easily, and it was much easier than another business I have worked with in the past. I really liked the way she made the signs, they were different than the way others have designed them in the past and they were easier to see based on her color scheme. Just a little change, but it makes it so much easier to read from a passing car. I will definitely call them for any printing related needs I have in the future. I highly recommend them.”

I was so nervous to pack it, as it was high quality and the buyer paid a lot of money for it, so I felt it would be more responsible to have a professional pack it. It was also a sentimental piece that I was hesitant to sell, and it was emotional for me to drop off. I received a message from the buyer today, and they said it was impeccably packed. She said it was “immaculate” and that I should “reach a class on shipping.” I was so relieved! I told her I had it professionally packed and that I would definitely be using UPS for all of my future packing. I’m sure she will, too! This was a very stressful item for me to part with and I really appreciated the care taken in packing and shipping.”

This has been passed down to my kiddo, and as such, we visit the Middletown Staples pretty often.As soon as I walk in, I always look immediately to the left, to see if the clerk I really like is there. Today he was, and today I learned his name was Jim. Jim is always helpful, no matter what. If I have a question about something, or can't find something, he will walk me over to it. When I was looking for an obsolete printer cartridge, he made sure to find it for me!But Jim is also a fantastic person, just all around. He puts a smile on my face every time I see him. He is genuinely happy, and it totally shows!! Jim should be recognized for the positivity he spreads to everyone. (Also, I told Jim I was gonna write this when I was in earlier today, lol)!!”
