“When you look for a company to produce a 1st class product, you mostly care about the quality of the product. But there's more to it than that. The quality of the product is just half the story. The other half is the customer experience and the quality of the customer service you receive. Fox Laminating provides BOTH! Special shout out to Missy at Fox. Easy to work with. Quick to respond. No hassle. Just gets it done. OH! And the product they produce is certainly 1st class. Well done Fox Laminating!”
“All the services that FedEx, Newington, CT have at the ready for customers are my weakest personal skills. So, when I entered this business this morning, I needed help from someone special.
Kelly, the store manager, was the perfect person to assist me. She took such care of me as I needed to overnight a check to a person I knew in Texas.
Thank you, Kelly, for assisting me every step of the way!
If the services at FedEx are not your strength, please stop here and ask Kelly to help you! You will leave taking a deep breath and feel great about your experience!”
“Printing documents is relatively easy here. Staff are smart & helpful. Stationery items for sale are worth checking out as well-- especially the planners. Shout out to Diane who always goes above and beyond, she should get a promotion!! Good communicator and a generous smile. Thank you”

“Hi I just wanted to leave a great review or tell the fed ex team that they did a great job. Last week I was waiting for a package but it was shipped through UPS and some how it got delivered but I never received it and they didn't take a picture or anything I ordered the same exact thing this time oozing Fed Ex not only did I get a day early I got it at the time they said it would be there. Great company I will only be using fed ex from now on our not ordering at all. Thank you for all your hard work I truly appreciate it.”
“Always friendly employees, they do seem a bit understaffed but they make it work.
Easy to park and to get in for what I need and then check out.
This location is in a center with a nail shop, Car parts store, tire repair, bad Chinese food, Petco, Diner And then across the parking lot is noodles, Chipotle, Firestone, Wing Stop.
Across the street is Starbucks, cannabis, dispensary, Car Wash, Home Depot, Taco Bell and Market 32.
I'm giving the location of a bunch of other businesses just in case you are coming from a bit further away and maybe want to get something else done.”
