I am extremely satisfied with the appointment process, and the staff is the Best. If you show up 10 minutes before as instructed you will be taken care of right seay, and Karla at the Kensington office is the best employee Quest has and should be praised for dedication to her job and her patients. The workers at this quest location went above and beyond to help make me feel better when I was nervous and there were a couple issues with the blood work not going through from my doctors office. Thank you for being kind and patient!!!
