“I have gone to Quest for years. I have only had excellent service there. I love that I can make an appointment online, get there and be take right in. The phlebotomists are caring and excellent at their jobs. The turnaround for the bloodwork is so quick. I am thankful for everyone working there. Ps. Yesterday I got to see Rhonda. She is so caring and wonderful. What an amazing phlebotomist and person!! Thanks Quest!”

“I had to get bloodwork done and my phlebotomists were incredible. I have a history of fainting (which happened at my visit) and they handled that with care, knew what to do, and helped me through it. They didn't rush me, made sure I was okay to leave, understanding, empathetic. I wish I got their names but I hope they know how much I appreciate their care.”
“My phlebotomist was amazing. There were questions about my insurance covering the tests drawn. She took the time to call my PCP and work everything out. She also did a great draw!”
“Quest is very professional new technologies out there they ask questions how to work it. The best of their knowledge is scary. They’re good. Treat you really good and professional.”
“My tech’s name was Shanda and she was professional and friendly but most of all extremely good at blood draws barely felt anything and it was quick and easy. No bridging the next day or tenderness”
“Great location. Safe and easy parking in a town owned and maintained lot adjacent to the service center building. Starbucks walking distance to get coffee after a fasting blood draw.”

“i went to Bristol CT for bloodwork and cat scan in Southington and was treated like family they took their time and the techs that took care of me were great, Analya and Ryan I believe”
“I am so glad that you sent this because I really want to mention that the young lady who drew my blood I believe she comes from Latvia and and I believe her name is Lavinia, but I can’t be sure. I’m trying to find a piece of paper that I wrote on !
She was simply incredibly amazing. I’ve gone to all different hospitals and different places Some good and only one bad experience but this young lady…. if I could give her not a 10 but 100 I would give her that. I have told everybody about her. I had my blood drawn in Unionville, Connecticut. She definitely should get a raise. Now I don’t want to go anyplace else and I don’t want anybody else to draw my blood .Now that’s a problem!!”

“The phlebotomist at CCMC who worked 7/30 in the morning with my daughter and nephew were phenomenal. My daughter was extremely anxious, uncooperative and difficult but they were respectful kind and so understanding! I would love to see them again in future and can’t thank them enough for their support and professionalism!!”

“I had an appointment and did not wait long at all. My assigned staff member was incredibly kind, supportive, and calming. I basically blinked, and she was done with the draw!! For someone who has passed out getting shots, I am always a nervous Nelly, and she made me feel at ease right away, worked efficiently, and helped to have a positive experience. I also had my test results when I woke up the next morning!”
“just left quest this afternoon 7/2 where I dropped off my urine sample. (had 24 hours to return container after a blood test yesterday. was told by my quest employee yesterday (her young child shares my 3/3 birthday) that I didn't need appointment to drop off urine today. Quest closed tomorrow, Friday, for July 4th weekend so had to drop off by 4 p.m. closing. When I arrived the office empty (an 80-something-year-old lady and her daughter arrived a couple minutes later.) I arrived at 3:07 (without an appointment and was told by a female and male Quest employee I needed an appointment to drop off urine. I told her the Quest employee yesterday said I didn't one and told yesterday's Quest worker even showed me how to use the office computer. Today's quest employee asked what was the employee's name and that they were booked the last hour - she then turned her attention to the two women who admitted they also didn't have an appointment and pleaded to be seen so they elderly mother could give blood. the Quest employee again told them they had to make an appointment and return another day, even though the office was still empty. The female Quest employee later agreed to take my urine sample and I left as the Quest employee again told the two women that they needed to make an appointment. I'm thinking later what type of training does Mr. - or Mrs. Quest give its employees and what kind of inflexible policy does this company enforce? No compassion or no loosening of the Quest rules? Instead two - probably longtime - customers, are told they have to return another day because they didn't follow the proper protocol. (the office is still empty) I left my urine bottle behind as well as a frustrated daughter and mother who had trudged through a 100-degree day only fail the Quest test. (Wish I could include a picture of my urine bottle...)”
“Well first of all my husband and I has an appointment on Saturday May 11, we got there and computer was offline. Bummer. We've checked in via the text message that was a waste of time. If the system were down I would assume that it will notify us but I guess not. So we decided to go Quest Meriden. Same thing.
So we made another appointment for Monday. Everything goes as planned. Hubby went in first then me. I did not get the phoblotomis name but she was nice and seems professional. Although she did poke me twice one on my left arm and second on my right arm. She couldn't find the veins on the left it was quite uncomfortable because I can feel the needle goes left right like she was looking for the veins hmmm. I never had this problem before on both arms so SUS”
“I had a great experience getting routine bloodwork done, here... which is saying something. I was a walk-in, and the whole process was quick and easy -- zero wait time! Kudos to Liana for the smooth experience!
Note: They take lunch from 11am-12pm, so try to get checked in before 10:30am, if you plan to go in the morning. Otherwise, their system gives you an appointment at 12pm. They use a self check-in device, which was very easy to use. But, it doesn't tell you your appointment time... this could cause issues if there's a wait.
Also... Kensington Market is across the street, so you can swing by there after fasting.”
