I had a virtual appointment today with Lauren n for first time ever someone listen to me and tried to figure out the best way to fix my problem. I wish there was more people in this work like her that really took the time to cater to their patients needs and not just write n sign a prescription. Thanks Lauren I appreciate you .”

“Tia, Bella, George, Nicole... all great people! Excellent phlebotomists with great "stick" skills.I have been quite pleased with the customer service and ease of use of this facility in New Britain.I've had to bring my children here for blood work along with personal use, and the people are friendly and quite knowledgeable, and really make things easy when you're going to get blood drawn, which is never a fun thing.Other than the waiting room needing to be more temperature-controlled, in the winter or summer... don't have any more substantive feedback, criticism.The blood draw rooms are clean and neat and very organized, and everyone is very helpful and friendly and really wants to make sure your stay as pleasant and relaxed.It pains me to see bad reviews bc it's juts people complaining about waiting. Quite frankly, the reviews are likely not fair and should be flagged.I highly recommend this location. I've even seen some of the people that were there the last time I stopped in, and they greeted me warmly and were happy to see me. I would personally refer and have said to people to go to this location to have their blood drawn.Great job all! Keep up the good work. ?? ”

“I was a walk in today, for a blood test. Upon entering the gorgeous facility, I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies at the front desk of the hospital. They pointed out where Quest was, just past their desk. I did the kiosk entry and waited only 5 minutes before a lovely lady with an amazing smile, called my name. She was terrific, gentle with the needle, gracious and very caring, prepping for the initial pinch. We were done in 5 minutes. The only thing that happened that isn't good, is that I think my wallet fell out in the seat, and I didn't find out till I got home an hour later. I had just given her my credit card. I'm hoping she found it. They were closed and the front desk of the hospital didn't have it. So I'm stuck waiting overnight, to reach someone.”

“I had just gone to my doctor's for a physical yesterday and she wanted me to do blood work. I am off today, a Tuesday, so thought it would be a perfect time to do a fasting blood draw. I looked at the appointment calendar online, the morning was full. So I decided to try as a walk-in. I went right at opening and scanned my cards. It said that the next appointment was 2:30pm and did I want that? I went to other options and next thing I know it was starting over. I thought something was wrong and I started the process again. Just as I and a lady next to me also did, a staff member came out and called us by name. I was out13 minutes later. The young man who took my blood was very professional and fast! Great team work!”

“I made an online appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early. Got in right away. Tech was friendly, blood test went smoothly and was out in no time. The area was clean. Waiting area was small, close to pharmacy check out and only 2 chairs available for seating, to close for comfort. I recommend.”

As someone who is always extremely anxious when having blood drawn, this was by far the most comfortable and calm I have ever felt.”

The nurse had a smile and was politely conversational. My vein (usually difficult to find) was found quickly. My name was verified on each blood draw container, and I was on my way. A pleasant experience for someone with a needle in my arm! ?”

“I scheduled an appointment to get blood work done. When I got to the beeches I was informed the appointment was actually at the other meriden location. However, Bella the phelometomy technican told me she could still take me at the beeches and switch the appointment in the system. A big thank you to Bella as it was a very cold winter day and I was able to get my blood drawn by a patient caring healthcare individual. The world needs more Bella's especially when they are expected to care for others.”

“I went to this location a couple days ago and was very happy with the service. My appointment was for 9:30am but I was early and there was an opening for 9:15, so I was able to change it to that when I was checking in. I think I was taken in right at 9:15, so there was barely any wait time. I was a little worried at first because my order was a bit complicated, and the last phlebotomist I saw gave me the impression that she wasn't confident in what she was doing. This time, I had a different phlebotomist (Liana) and she was kind, patient, and competent. Despite my complicated order of tests, she still worked quickly but carefully. She was also able to find a vein quickly, which I appreciated because usually other phlebotomists and nurses have trouble with this due to my difficult veins and a lot of scar tissue. Overall I would recommend going to this location, especially if Liana is there.”
