She takes the time to help others in need of assistance with the check in machine with a smile even though she's got a room full. She's quick!! When I had Bloodwork done I happened to look over and she was putting on the bandage! I didn't feel a thing. She knows what shes doing thats for sure! I'd be happy to have someone like Jessica as an employee of mine. She really deserves 5 + ★★★★★s”
“I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alvana and Jenn, who assisted my son at the West Hartford Quest office located at 970 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, Connecticut, on May 18th. My son has profound autism and is nonverbal. He is extremely fearful of needles and blood tests have always been a huge challenge.
On the morning of May 18th, we visited the Quest office at the West Hartford center. Initially, my son was very anxious and uncooperative. Alvana and Jenn were incredibly patient and understanding. They took the time to calm him down and did everything possible to make him feel comfortable. Thanks to their compassion and professional expertise, they successfully completed my son's blood work.

“Well first of all my husband and I has an appointment on Saturday May 11, we got there and computer was offline. Bummer. We've checked in via the text message that was a waste of time. If the system were down I would assume that it will notify us but I guess not. So we decided to go Quest Meriden. Same thing.
So we made another appointment for Monday. Everything goes as planned. Hubby went in first then me. I did not get the phoblotomis name but she was nice and seems professional. Although she did poke me twice one on my left arm and second on my right arm. She couldn't find the veins on the left it was quite uncomfortable because I can feel the needle goes left right like she was looking for the veins hmmm. I never had this problem before on both arms so SUS”
“Quest is great. Convenient and easy. I have never had a problem going there. Sometimes if it is a last-minute order I might have to travel to the next available Quest location. But there are so many that is only like a 5 minute drive. :)”
