“I went in to look for a new smaller recliner. The associate came right over and directed me to the area where the recliners were. She answered all my questions but didn't hover too much and told me if I needed anything to let her know. She was attentive and very knowledgeable. She even looked up different options for the chair pretty quickly. All and all, I was in and out within about 30 min and ended up buying the recliner.”
“Just the perfect christmas tree farm ? in beautiful surroundings - we got to walk around through the rows of firs, spruces, and pines to find the one and then the owner (who seemed just a bit like Santa Claus ? and was very friendly) cut it down for us and tied it to our car. Also - the price was unbeatable, way better than any other we saw. Planning to come back next year!”

Instead, he walked us through what we needed without pressure, followed up with us after we had a few options in our hands, and then answered some realistic questions we had about ease of install, maintenance, and real diy-ness. He was extremely pleasant to work with, did not pressure us to buy or point out sales, and just genuinely seemed happy to help.In today's sales/numbers focused retail environments, this was a welcomed anomaly. “I love the Danbury location. This is another location that has the worlds best staff but such a little store. They have the essentials so I can't knock them but this location is specifically for paint and wallpaper. They don't have many hardware options at all. That's my only tiff with this location hahah. Other than that, there is no better place in Danbury or Brookfield for paint. All the staff is truly wonderful and Ben is the absolute MVP. I go to him for just about everything.”
“You've never seen a showroom like this. It's their international headquarters. Everyone is very helpful and friendly showing you around or you can just wander around on your own. They have interior design experts who will come to your home, take pictures and measurements and help you decide on furnishings. This service is free with no obligation to buy. Very good service.”
“Lovely store! However, I had a terrible experience with the lady cutting my fabric. Don’t remember her name, an older woman who was passive aggressive and made for an unpleasant shopping experience. However, our cashier, Vinnie, made up for it! He was extremely kind and welcoming to my family and I. He made the atmosphere fun and enjoyable! An amazing employee who deserves a raise for completely changing our shopping experience. It is both refreshing and relieving to know workers like Vinnie still exist. It doesn’t take much to be kind and Vinnie went the extra mile to completely transform our shopping experience when a fellow employee originally ruined it for us. You are lucky to have Vinnie! “Have to give it 5 stars for the fact that its still open. we are at risk of losing these kind of high quality furniture retailers where we can test pieces out in person and order proper white glove delivery. location is farily small but the have enough selection to make a solid purchase decision. Internet furniture just isnt built to this standard”
