He resolved all my issues with both my phones and I left the store very happy. “Went into the Verizon store in Ridgefield to investigate alternative plans for my phone - left with a greatly enhanced plan including international service, two streaming services, AND a new Samsung S24 Ultra, all for less than I was paying. Mark was amazingly informed of options without pushing anything. He also sorted out a small account complication to allow the changes. 20 minutes to save money and get better service and phone - 5 star service.”

“Okay so I bought a Samsung Galaxy a21 phone at the store. Within a week I started having marketing ads pop up on this phone. I'm not talking about the little small ads that run on the bottom of your phone; I'm talking about full screen ads that run on top of anything I was doing.I took the phone back to the store. I was furious! Can I just say DIANA. She's the best! she went through every app on my phone and deleted everything that she thought could have downloaded a virus.I haven't had a problem since. If you're reading this and you're the owner of this store, give the girl a raise! She's the best representation of customer service that you will ever have.”

After changing our family's phone service over the Verizon, we mutually discovered that one of our phones did not have an expected rebate applied and Joe graciously and courteously took several of my calls, first to figure out what had happened and then to fix the issue. Joe escalated to multiple levels of management and then met with me a month in and we collaboratively resolved the issue together.
