Apple Danbury Fair Mall is an official store located within a clean and friendly mall. The store offers product demonstrations, such as for the remarkable Apple Vision Pro, with patient assistants who are happy to answer all questions. For purchases, there are excellent deals and trade-in options available. The staff, including geniuses at the Apple Bar, are very attentive and patient, even with complicated problems, and help with setting up devices and data transfers. However, during product launches, the pick-up experience can be a painful hustle with long lines, where appointments are required and visits can take over an hour. The in-store WiFi can also sometimes be slow. Overall, customers report good experiences and recommend the store for its helpful service.

I can’t recommend Adam highly enough. He helped my son when his phone got stuck on the recovery screen. Although we weren’t able to recover everything, it was clear he did everything possible. He was honest, knowledgeable, and truly went the extra mile.
