However, during product launches, the pick-up experience can be a painful hustle with long lines, where appointments are required and visits can take over an hour. The in-store WiFi can also sometimes be slow. Overall, customers report good experiences and recommend the store for its helpful service.

Waited over 45 min to be seen for an appointment, despite arriving on time. At check in no one said they were running behind. Asked a few different people at different times for an update, they all acted as if they no interest in helping or giving any clarity on the situation. Very disappointing experience
