“This is a really good veterinary clinic that I would recommend. It's small, quaint and very personal. There were just a couple of things for me that may not bother other people. First, they do not allow you to be in the room while they are examining your pet including blood draws. I literally have separation anxiety from my BooBooKitty as she is truly my baby. I wouldn't allow my child to be examined without me present so I don't like it with my kitty. My kitty is also very anxious when she goes to the vet so having me in the room really helps to calm her. Second, my cat stopped eating after a vaccination they administered. I had to pay for ANOTHER office visit just to get an appetite stimulant which I thought should have been complimentary since the immunization was the sole reason why she wasn't eating. Just things to consider.”

“I WAS INTERESTED IN ADOPTING A KITTY, SO I LOOKED ON PETFINDER. I HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH A RESCUE IN RIDGEFIELD. IN THAT CASE YOU HAD TO FILL OUT AN ADOPTION APP BEFORE YOU COULD EVEN MEET A KITTY AND YOU WERE NOT ALLOWED A SECOND VISIT! MY FRIEND ADOPTED HER KITTY FROM DAWS AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THEM. I CALLED AND ASKED IF I COULD COME IN. THE STAFF WAS VERY KIND AND ACCOMMODATING! IT TOOK SEVERAL VISITS, BUT I FOUND THE PERFECT KITTY FOR ME! SHE WAS BRAND NEW TO THE SHELTER AND NOT YET ON PETFINDER. THE NEXT WEEK I SAW HER LISTED AND DECIDED SHE WAS THE ONE FOR ME. I CALLED UP AND WENT DOWN THAT VERY DAY AND FILLED OUT THE APP! THE SHELTER DIRECTOR, BRIAN CUMMINGS WAS PHENOMENAL BEFORE AND AFTER. THE ADOPTION PROCESS WAS SEEMLESS AND I GOT APPROVED. SHE GOT HER SPAY PREVIOUS TO MY PICKING HER UP! SHE PASSED HER VET EXAM AT MY VETS WITH FLYING COLORS! SO GLAD I CHOSE DAWS AND THANKS TO THE GREAT STAFF. SINCERELY, DENISE GALLAGHER AND MIMOSA (ADDIE)! GOD BLESS!”

“I just wanted to say that I had the best experience yesterday at Bethel Veterinarian Hospital considering what I was there for. I called them yesterday around 3:30 p.m. with a request to get an urgent appointment for my Canary. They were able to get me in by 4:10 p.m. It's so difficult finding Veterinarians that will look at birds. Already I was very happy that they could get me in. Once I got there though the secretaries were very kind and I'm sorry I don't know the terms, but the vet tech was very kind and understanding. She didn't make me feel crazy for coming in for a little bird. Also I want to say how kind the vet, Aubrey Fitch was. She didn't make me feel crappy about anything that was going on with Brownie. She was kind to my Brownie and treated Brownie as any animal lover would treat any other pet. I believe she was honest with me. I also like how upfront everybody was about the pricing of everything. Brownie was not in good shape, but she made it through the night and I'm hoping that whenever she's going through, we can get through this.
