Dr. Baff truly cares about his patients (dogs and cats) and you can see it in how he works with each one of my pups. Also, have to give a shout out to the Admin staff who always do a great job and are always professional, friendly and helpful!”

The staff were so kind and gentle with me, especially in helping me say good-bye to my sweet girl. Options were explained to me and I was supported in my decision to let Maddie go. I couldn't have had a better experience with such a terrible circumstance.”

“We've had to use Guardian a few times over the years, but last week really motivated me to leave this 5 Star review.

We were out of town and had someone staying at the house to take care of our dog. Late one night, her breathing became erratic to the point it worried our sitter. She called Guardian who instructed her to come in. They also asked her to call us to let us know and to get some permissions/questions answered (like do we have a DNR on our dog).

Once they arrived, a doctor almost immediately came out to see our Bailey. After concluding she was just being a bulldog (IYKYK), they took the time to comfort our sitter and had her stay until she was comfortable to drive back home.

The fact that they did not charge us for this is grateful, but the care they showed for both our 12 year old puppy and our dog sitter was incredible.

I can't recommend Guardian enough.
