Used to be great bank, but they sent my replacement debit card to the wrong address. Now it's been almost a month with no access to my bank account!

I withdrew from my savings some cash. They, literally, counted it ten times. Including other tellers counting it - and then they withdrew it from someone else's savings account. It took me three days to get them to deduct it from me and give the other person back their money. Horrible.

I went to the location to secure a personal loan. Everyone that I came into contact with either in person or on the phone was extremely pleasant helpful and knowledgeable about their services and the ways in which to assist to secure a loan
