My experience with Cencap has been positive most times. However, it is difficult to get someone on the phone to answer questions. Also, they should add DocuSign as a service in order to expedite transactions. Carmen Maldonado has always been very helpful.

Im giving the 5 stars to Jacob who works at Cencap in main st Hartford this gentleman is always on point and very polite , understanding and very fast responding my calls at anytime of the day no matter what or issues or problems when it comes to my accounts . Love working with him 100% good service
