“Colleen is absolutely amazing! We were stressed out and struggling with an overnight stay of our ReloCube at another facility, but the moment I called Colleen, everything changed. She went completely above and beyond to help us out and was incredibly reassuring. She even walked us through the requirements of our renters’ insurance policy for off-premises self-storage to ensure we were covered, making the sign-up process seamless. Access to the facility was pretty straightforward, and the property itself is exceptionally clean and organized. They even left a thoughtful welcome package right inside our unit. If you need storage, go see Colleen, she provides top-tier customer service!”

“The manager Millie at the Windsor/Bloomfield location was excellent throughout the rental experience. I started with a 10x15 unit and Millie made it simple to downsize to smaller units as I sorted through and discarded old items. The facility was very clean, with the pushcart and door holder making it very convenient to move items in and out. Millie proved superior customer service to make sure my storage needs were met. I would highly recommend this facility.”
