Just moved into my Spark Bloomfield apartment last week. Great experience so far. Had a minor issue with the washing machine, contacted Luis from the Maintenance Dept….and he was prompt with his appointment and fixed the issue quickly. Great guy !! Look forward to seeing him around the property .

Living in an apartment after 53 years in my home is a new experience so I am adjusting. The great thing about Spark is great and safe surroundings and whenever I need something taken care of, the maintenance crew are there for me and it is a good feeling.
