The worst ever for ears I always have issues with packages and they are no help , the tellers are the worst , bad attitudes for no reason. Literally they need all new staff and delivery drivers .

I was just at this post office for the 3rd time to get a money order & mail a package! The worker’s are rude, very negative attitude, refused to give me my receipt for the package order as well fail to give me my money order after I already payed! I had to go in 3 days in a row to get my money order as well receipt! I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with this post office I will never come back here again! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!

Post office disregards my delivery instructions constantly. Another package was left on my front step in rain dispite a sign on the door stating to leave packages under cover in carport. So disappointed with the lack of consideration for other peoples property.

I came for passport services and the service received was 5+.Staff was courteous, professional, and detailed.I just moved to Simsbury and earlier in the week I went to the Simsbury one onHopMeadow . The service was awful, The agent in Simsbury treated me like an idiot and was rude..What a difference 4.7 miles makes.

I waited 15 minutes in line to have mail post marked. After waiting the woman at the window refused to post mark the mail. She said to go put it in the mailbox.Absolutely unacceptable!!!

This is my favorite post office in the area! Dana, Michael, and James are all phenomenal individuals. They are helpful, professional and funny. I appreciate the service they provide and the positive atmosphere they create.

Extremely unprofessional. They think you need permission to be in a public building. The clerk named James doesn't even know his own rules governing conduct on postal property. He is very ignorant of some oF the most basic laws and individual rights.

Because a journalist was allowed by law to film from within the lobby, an ignorant clerk named James didn't like that and tried to be the smartest guy in the room and failed miserably. In retaliation, not only did he pull out his personal phone and record in a restricted area as described by poster 7 (Rules and Regulations Governing Conduct on Postal Service Property) he recorded a customer's transaction while doing so. Check out the video from Long Island Audit and see the kind of service they give ( and refuse to give) to people that aren't doing anything wrong.

3 star because Malcolm knew the law and passed audit perfectly. Clear understand of the constitution vs personal feelings in a public building while someone is recording. The two people working the counter the night of audit deserve a 0 star. Malcolm saved any decent reputation that place might've had. That customer... God help any man in her life. she's an awful representation of the public in that city and young "women" in general.
