“I go to this particular Ocean State Job Lot about every 2 weeks. I’ve been to other ones around CT but this one is kept up the best. This one used to be a bit messy but someone obviously came in and organized it! Since then, it’s so easy to find things and it looks so much better. The only thing I think that needs help is the line situation. I feel like the line system you guys had during COVID was much more efficient. Other than that, great people, great location, and great prices!”

“All I have to say about this particular Dollar General is that it is by far the nicest one that I’ve been to. I was in the area so I decided to stop in for a few things. It was clean, organized, nothing on the floors, no boxes everywhere and you could actually walk around without thinking you may either trip on boxes or have something fall on you. I go to a lot of General Dollars, I have one 5 minutes away from me and another 10 minutes away. I will no longer be going to these stores, only this one. The store manager, Kristen is an absolute delight! Asked how I was doing, talked to me the entire time I was in checkout and wished me a Merry Christmas! This store manager deserves a raise and an award for having the cleanest and neatest store! Outstanding job on her part! I’ll be back!”
“I love shopping for curtains. They have the best here. I can decorates my house with all the little nick nacks they have. From mirrors to stands pots and pans. Even everything for the bathroom also. They have rugs blankets. All goo house ware. I would recommend shopping here.”

“Today there was a woman doing stock for the tshirts. I saw one I knew I needed to have. She asked me what size if she was to find that box. “This is a great local stop when you need something basic and don't want to go to a big box store. Prices are always reasonable. Excellent spot for garden items. Love to buy new plants from here during the season if they are fresh off the truck. Unfortunately, any later than that, and they don't water them (so they fry in the hot sun). But if you get them fresh off the truck, the prices are great for the size of the plants and they have a great selection.”
“The store is well stocked most of the times but it gets messy with products strewn around towards the back of the store. I think it’s not just a staff issue, it’s also the shoppers will pull stuff off the shelves but won’t put it back in place. It’s in a good location and gets a lot of foot fall so there’s a line at the register most of the times.”
