“Yesterday, went to start my car only to get a surprise !! Car dead as dead could be. Had to get roadside service to come and jump start the car. waiting for roadside assistance took 4 hours. After getting the car to start, we found Bill's Auto, near our location. A phone call inquiring about purchasing a battery led to us traveling down the road to have it installed. How amazing to discover Bill's Auto. Bill's Auto did not hesitate to find a battery and then have it delivered to their garage and promptly replaced the battery. It was almost closing time for their business but they never even mentioned that. We left Bill's Auto with a relaxed feeling after a very stressful day!!”

“I recently brought my car in for an oil change. Pretty simple and straight forward. They also checked and topped off the fluid levels. Everything was quick and easy, except that the mechanic did not hear that I wanted full synthetic oil. The oil that he used was the recommended oil for the car; but not the one that I told Warren, before the mechanic took the car. It was a simple break in the communication line. When we discovered that it wasn't what I asked for; Warren immediately had it drained and refilled with the correct oil. No big deal. It only took a few minutes more, because it was addressed immediately. The fact that Warren addressed it right away; to me, spoke Very Highly of his commitment to a 'customer's positive experience'; which I believe goes considerably beyond 'customer satisfaction'. I highly recommend them for your auto needs.”

“I was an hour away from home at a specialty vet with a sick cat when my car started behaving pretty alarmingly. These guys were nice enough to pull the codes and figure out it wasn't a safety issue at all, give me advice on how to best fix it myself as it was an easy fix, they did it immediately when I arrived, AND they only charged me 20$. If I could give a business 6 Stars they would get it. It's always tough to find a good and honest mechanic, but this place is both.”

“I do not think I can say nicer things about this business. Had a road emergency while traveling. After changing my spare I saw a billboard for this place and happen to drive by. I stopped in for a repair. They change my tire in less than 20 mins and was on my way. All the customers in the waiting room only had nothing but great things to say and how long they have been coming there. It is refreshing to know there are still good hard working businesses out there who give great service at a fair price. I high recommend them for any tie or car repair items you need. All the workers were great and friendly too.”

“Had my vehicle towed twice. First was on Easter Sunday. Jon showed up within an hour and towed my vehicle back to my house. Tried fixing it myself but no luck. I work at a car dealership so I had Jon tow it to my work a week later. Jon was very professional and I would deffinitely bring my vehicle to his repair shop if needed.”

“Friendly on the phone, not in person. The waiting room was upstairs in the showroom. They had coffee, comfy chairs, and all sorts of TV entertainment (pluto, disney, netflix, etc). They also let my kid sit on the golf carts in the showroom. Price was alright. It took less time than quoted, and the job was done correctly. I was even able to bring my own parts! When it was done, they did not show me the breakdown of the jobs/services/work and just told me the price I owed; He did not explain ANYTHING whatsoever and just wanted to know if I was paying cash or card. Once I was paid, all customer service was gone and expired and THEN i was handed the breakdown on the receipt. There was a younger woman at a desk who was on her phone and did not seem at all interested in her job. They had little knick-knacks/free items in baskets in the hallway like screen cleaners, pens, air freshners, and a few other things i can't recall. Clean office and waiting area. There was also a guy in there taking a course on a breathalyzer installation he needed for his car at an open desk, IN thw showroom/waiting area while I was in there and I found that to be inconsiderate to his privacy. He probably didn't want everyone knowing what he had in his personal life, and here he was, watching a video on how to use it, right out in the open.”

Shout out to Dot, Monte Mike, and the last hood man who was very meticulous going through my sister's check off list when i brought the Monte Carlo in for oil change and radiator flush”

“Needed new tires for my outlander Sport went online and compared the Cooper endeavor plus tires with Town fair tire and Goodyear was cheaper and I bought tires from them a couple years ago and had a great experience….so decided to go back! from the moment of my appointment, they took my car in right away and worked on it very quickly….when I took my car for a ride, I just love those tires. I will edit and update my review down the road for Cooper tires but as far as Goodyear Good place to go!”

“I highly recommend the service department. Avery is very perfessional (everyone else too) My 2021 Jeep Grand cherokee L, has had the service 4wd light on. Each time it was for a different reason. Yesterday, I picked it up drove only about 1 mile and it came on again (for a different reason). When I went back Avery made me feel that he was as frustrated as I am. Even close to closing time on a Friday he took the my car around back to the mechanics to see what was going on. When He came back, he explained the difference in codes and what they are going to do. He always keeps me informed at every step.”
