“So I was driving from Roanoke Virginia to Cape Cod this week and looked on Google Maps for a room, soon as I saw Baymont by Wyndham I clicked call because Google said I could get a room for $80.00 plus tax which compared to all the others I knew would be worth it since we only needed it for about 10 hours, the only thing that bothered me was the door to the room seemed old and had a half inch gap between it and the frame , it squeaked pretty loud too, other than that the room was absolutely perfect and the dude at the front desk, same guy that answered the phone 3 hours before I got there guaranteed the price and was very polite , quick, easy going, and we were checked in less than 2 minutes after arriving in the parking lot. This little hotel will be my go-to on my next trips to Massachusetts.. got a good night's sleep, plenty of hot water, no bugs, no zombies begging outside, and no noisy neighbors, in fact it was so quiet I thought we were there alone... yup. Definitely will go back.”

“We had a remarkable experience at The Study Hotel. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the hotel was one step ahead of everything. This past weekend was Yale's first years' move in day and thousands descend upon New Haven and fill this hotel's rooms and restaurant. They were prepared and executed at a high level.
The front desk, managers, cleaning staff and restaurant...everyone was superb!
I have worked with hotels for over 25 years and I don't see this level of service often.
We hope this can be our home away from home for the next 4 years when visiting our daughter at Yale!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the New Haven Hotel! The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. The location is fantastic, with Yale University just a short walk away, making it ideal for exploring the campus and nearby attractions. Parking was convenient, too – there’s a garage across the street with a direct walkway to the hotel. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommend!”

“We left a filthy hotel and came to this Best Western at 11:00 at night. I could tell immediately after walking into the lobby that we were going to have a much better experience! It was clean and modern and didn't smell like smoke. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great. We only had one minor issue. My son found a stain on the comforter on the bed, (they don't use duvet covers,) and refused to sleep under it, so we put it on the floor. I took pictures and showed the front desk clerk the next morning. A manager reached out to us and refunded 50% of our stay. I thought that was reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!”
