Difficult to find parking on street where ATM is inside. Parking is in back, only one Handicap spot. They need at least one more. Then walking up to front for ATM,Too much walking & stairs. I'll stick with N. Branford. E-Z in & out of buildn. ATM is outside

Very unfriendly Bank won’t let me in the lobby with my Bank of America card to use the ATM on a Sunday $4.50 for a transaction fee. Never again!

Filled out an application for a secured credit card. Same day or next said they’d call; never happened. Poor customer service
