“I have been a member of this bank since i opened my first account at 16y/o (5 years ago). Every single visit i have made to this bank has reinforced my reasoning for remaining a member. The staff were always willing to help, understanding, and very informative. Many even remembered who i was, and went out of their way to make sure that my problems/requests were resolved. I can't give less than 5 stars for the amazing service i received at this small/local bank. The only cons i would have are not related to this business specifically, but rather issues faced by small business banks. I work nights so sleeping during the day makes it hard for me to stop by during open hours (which are limited). And the atm withdrawal limit does mean i suffer some inconvenience when i want to pay in cash. However, i am more than willing to deal with these insignificant issues as long as i live in New Haven county.”

“The people here are always great. ATM is now inside the front entrance and it's a bottleneck. The door on the back of the building is the accessible entrance. If they're open it's worth it to talk to a teller instead of going in. There are great drive up ATMs in East Haven and Madison if you don't want to crowd into the little ATM closet.”
“We have been with C.P. and Wepawaug for over 30 years. Everyone has been polite and helpful. A few times, I needed printed records dating back several years, and they helped me promptly. I‘be consistently had positive interactions with everyone from C.P.”
“I visited this branch on 10/28/25 to make a deposit. My family and I were immediately greeted by Kimberly, although she was with another customer. She directed us to Asia, a teller, that was extremely pleasant. This certainly is my new favorite branch!”

“Friendly staff, excellent service. The only negative is that cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals) are only done in the office via video with a remote site. That works smoothly, but it is not the same as a local teller.”
“This banking center is amazing. I needed to do quite a few transactions and they were able to get everything done seamlessly and with ease even amid the conversion.
