“Went in for a muffler and resonator delete on my ram 1500. They did excellent work even though they had complications with the muffler they were able to do custom work and charged me the same price. When I went back for the resonator delete today it took a little over a half hour and it sounded excellent. Price, work, customer service is all excellent I would recommend everyone to give them business.”

I work in banking and pride myself on providing exceptional service to my clients — and honestly, I didn’t think I’d meet another team that could match (or outdo!) that level of care. But the Stratford Town Fair Tire crew might just give me some competition! ?
It’s no surprise this location has nearly a perfect rating — they’ve earned it. Every visit, even when I came in right before closing, I was greeted with genuine smiles and patience. They didn’t rush; they took care of me. When my new tire wouldn’t be ready until the next day, they even rotated my spare to the rear to make sure my drive from Stratford to Waterbury was safer. That kind of thoughtfulness is what true service is all about.

“If you need service, this is the place to go. Went in for an allignment and was helped by Nick. They are beyond honest and told me as well as showed me my bad ball joints were bad. I knew they were bad and ripped before going which shows how honest they were. They told me as soon as I replace them to come back to finish the allignment. You can tell they want their work done correctly and take pride in it. Highly recommend.”
“This is my parents go-to garage bc the owner is a very honest man. My parents has an extended warranty with the dealership where they bought their car. Like everyone knows the dealership will always inflate their prices and say something is broken when it’s not. My parents would bring their car to this garage for a second opinion and a second price. The owner will look over the car and never charges for the inspection if there’s nothing wrong. He’s honest about whether the dealership’s diagnostic is accurate or not, and if it’s exaggerated or false he would tell us that our car doesn’t need any repair. I respect an honest man especially in this day and age where people and businesses alike are struggling financially. I appreciate an honest business.”

I found Sergio because I wanted a second opinion on a potential timing chain replacement ($2,000). Sergio took a look at the car and found out my old mechanic was wrong and that the issue was a small clamp that was loose. Sergio fixed it quickly and was able to save me a lot of money.
Since that day, I have been bringing my car to Sergio for everything I need fixed mechanically. He always does a great job and truly has a great attitude of wanting to help. I recommend going and talking with him and he will help you find a solution for your car.
Come full circle, 2 years later he fixes my timing chain in 1 day and got the car running as smooth as ever!
