My car needed an emergent repair (even a temporary one just to be able to drive it) and even though these guys were booked solid, they allowed me to bring it in to take a quick look - they ended up keeping my car and able to fix it by the next day saving me a ton of money on a car rental, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. “Long overdue review.
I can’t say enough good things about this shop and its owner. It all started with my GR Supra, where they handled everything from performance upgrades to the transmission, big turbo installation, dyno tuning, the entire fuel system, Reflex integration, and so much more.
Now they’re taking care of my G87 M2, and between both cars, I’ve made so many trips that I’ve honestly lost count. Each visit is about a 9-hour round trip, and I can say without hesitation that it’s 100% worth it every single time.
The quality of the parts they use, the workmanship, the customer service, and the way they treat their customers are what make that drive worthwhile. You never feel rushed, and they genuinely care about doing the job right.
I’m already planning another trip so they can continue dialing in the transmission on my M2, and I can’t wait to see the final results.

“Literally the best tire place you should go to. If you have a nail in a tire? Go here, no questions asked. They get you in and out in no time! They give you the best scenario option if a plug isn't the right thing to do. I've been coming here my whole life and I always recommend others to come here too. I was just in the other week. They took care of my Civic Type R! I forgot my lug nut adapter and came back the next day and they took care of me very quick! I was out in 15 minutes! Talk about service!”

“I brought my toddler to get my emissions done. While waiting, the staff were absolutely great to her! They had a toy box set out in the waiting area, chatted with her, and let her watch the mechanics through the door. When we got called, there was a an issue getting my PHEV to run the ICE. They handled the issue with care and consideration without holding up other customers. The staff is extremely friendly with customers and amongst themselves from I experienced.”

I drive an older car that frankly isn't worth very much but Glen is committed to doing the best he can to keep it on the road without breaking the bank. He's honest and extremely knowledgeable. My car has had symptoms of a blown head gasket which is why I brought it in. He spent the time to check every possible scenario before coming to the dreaded conclusion that it was indeed blown. He gave me an honest and fair cost estimate for the repair with a range of incidentals that may arise during the repair. “I went there today as I scared there was something wrong with my car, there was a light on my dashboard that was concerning and I was met by THE nicest man named Mohammed who immediately saw I was distressed, I was not having a good day, lost my debit card and was on my way to bank! “Nat's Garage based out East Norwalk, CT is very reliable, professional, and friendly. We use their tow service for our School Bus company when we have breakdowns. Excellent service, great communication, and response time! Would highly recommend for towing services! Most Recent Service was earlier tonight... We just had an unfortunate breakdown 20 miles from our bus yard at 12:30 am on Route 8 in Bridgeport. I called and left a message with location and vehicle information. Shockingly enough, I checked GPS a few hours later and it was back at our terminal within 2 hours! Outstanding!! Thank you Nat's Garage!!”

They took us right in, checked all the tires, assured us nothing was wrong and got us in and out within 20 minutes. “Honestly very happy with my experience here. I was expecting to pay much more, nearly double than what I actually paid. He didn’t even bill me for a full hour of work, when I’m sure many other shops would’ve drilled into my pockets for the same service or would’ve billed a full hour if able.Reading through the reviews on this thread, it seems as if many of the one-star reviews involve being towed. Of course if your cars towed you’re going to have a horrible experience. “I had a great experience with this family-run auto body shop after needing repairs to my Mazda CX-5. They replaced my bumper and passenger headlight and made the whole process so much less stressful. They got me in quickly for an estimate, kept me updated the entire time about parts arriving and scheduling drop-off and pickup, and were always professional and friendly.

“I'm not really sure where to start, but Joel gave me the best car shopping experience of my life! First of all, his product knowledge is impressive. He answered EVERY question I had about the cars and his answers were detailed too. Joel isn't just a car salesman, he is a product expert and put me into a great Subaru Outback.
Secondly, he truly cares about getting you into the car YOU want while staying true to your budget. We walked the lot, looked at many different vehicles, and narrowed down to the one I wanted. Joel's biggest skill here is how good he is at listening to the customer and adjusting towards what they say
